Got my order in very quickly. Also placed a follow up for more hinges and received then in a couple days. I was able to complete my project on time
I had to order this part twice since I didn't know what part (1/2 vs. 3/4 inch) the hinge was. There is no online support, and they don't want to talk to you on the phone, so it was trial and error.
These did not fit properly. Your cabinet generator for selection did not accommodate my mounting style.
Please forward an RGA and provide a number to call to explain what I need.
Ordering the Aventos HL was very easy one I noticed the set builder option. Very happy with this option since the parts can be a bit confusing to make sure you get everything needed.

Customer service - Excellent and detailed advice on what to buy for a customized drawer, as well as recommendations on products and options for products. Andrew answered the phone on a Sunday and was always quick to get back to me with estimates, answers, and order information.
Product quality - I purchased a drawer box and Blum drawer slides, both are excellent quality, better than I expected, and simple to assemble.
We will never do business with them again! We ordered over $100 in brass hooks. Had to call back and order another screw.they send the wrong one after they charged us $11 for eight screws plus shipping then wouldn't take it back unless we pay for the shipping back then to tell us they don't even have the right screws. You can't talk to anybody there except some operator people. So now we paid another $26 to order another hook that comes with screws plus shipping to get one screw... NEVER again! So we ended up paying $37 plus shipping for only one screw that we needed.
Easy, quick order and delivery. Decent quality for the price. The only complaint is shipping cost more than the drawer slide itself, as I only needed one.
They sent me the wrong hinges. I emailed and called but no response from customer service other than they sent me a link that states that I will have to pay for shipping and pay restocking fee. Really? I have to pay again even though you got my order wrong? Now I have to go somewhere else and buy the hinges again. Avoid these bums! What a rip off.
I order some countertop laminate and it came damaged. I paid $78 for the standard shipping. They were approved for a damage claim by UPS but have refused to refund me the $78 even though UPS refunded them that cost. They think they can rip me off and if you give them the chance I expect they will do it to you also.
Update: shortly after writing this review I was contacted with an apology. They have made it right, but I had to fight for it. I still won't be doing business with them again.
After I ordered the product was here in about 5 days, finding the product on your website was very helpful, because I was not 100% sure what I needed. So all in all a great experience.
I did receive the order. However, the spacing is wrong and the cabinet door doesn't line up anymore. Is it possible to return them. I was trying to replace Blume 120.

I ordered hinges and they sent auto close instead of soft close. They authorized the return but wanted more money for the replacement which I sent them. They only sent half of the hinge so I could not use them. I requested a return which they authorized. Now the fun part... getting your money back. I spent days online and with customer service but no money. I finally got a partial amount returned and filed a complaint with the credit card company to get the rest of my money. I would NEVER do business with this company again.
Arrived in beautiful shape and look great on my kitchen cabinets! The only issue I had was that the screws were too long to use, but I was able to use the ones from my original hardware. Very clean look. Will be purchasing the drawer knobs to match!
I ordered through their website on Sunday and paid for two day shipping. Parts are supposed to arrive on Friday. When i called the company i was told that it was two day shipping only when the package is ready to be shipped from their facility. Absolute crap. Look elsewhere.
I explained to the sales rep what I was trying to do with the slides, I received them and have one set installed and the drawer works perfectly.

The hinges work extremely well. Unfortunately I did not measure the overlay properly and they will not work correctly. That was user error. The cabinet parts itself worked great for the price.
Timely delivery. Good quality products. The only complaint I have is being forced to write 100 characters on a review you asked me to do. So it's ironic that the only negative thing I have about your company, is your review process. Is this enough characters now?
