I ordered the pug that cost $30.58. What I got after over 30 days was a ugly cheap goodwill stuffed animal. It looks like it only cost $3.00! When I tried to contact them The email address is not valid and there is no contact numbers for them. I did get a p. O. box for them in Chino California. If you paid by paypal they have a customer service fraud contact number that they can try and help get your money back. I just contacted them so not sure yet how they work.
Do not buy from them. This is a fraudulent company in China. You will not receive what you ordered. I ordered 2 lifelike baby dolls for my kids and received 2 dollar store dolls worth less than $3 each. See photos
I purchased on July 1st items did not come until 40 days later on Aug 10th.
I emailed them to get a refund and they offered me a discount on my next purchase, like I'd buy from them.
Lesson learned, if they do not have a phone number on their website, do not purchase.
At least I purchased through PayPal so I can get my money back.

My grandmother ordered a pig and dog that were supposed to be moving and when they arrived they were like the factory rejects. I've been emailing back and forth with the company who insists on giving me a discount in place of a refund. Then told me to return the item i would have to pay $40 to ship it back to them and to just sell them in the states to someone else.
I ordered 3 life like puppies costing $67.56. The yorkie is a joke looks nothing like a yorkie.The corgi and husky are extremely low quality! Could buy better quality at dollar store or grabby machine! They are supposed to be poseable with moving parts. THEY ARE JUST POOR QUALITY STUFFED ANIMALS AT A HIGH PRICE!

At first *******@gmail.com responded telling me to be patient that my item would arrive. NOW I get I get "Delivery Status Notification Failure" Saying that the mail account has been disabled. This is a scam do not purchase from this company. I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau!
The item you actually receive is a stuffed toy you can buy many places for a dollar. Biggest waste! Don't fall. Send too good to be true because it is. Pretty much bait & switch - show you cute and send you garbage! My personal experience!

I ordered two 22 inch dolls two months ago. They advertised as Reborn. The were supposed to be realistic, poseable, with feels like real hair. Two months after I ordered them I got 8 inch dolls that has their feet and arms melted together. It looked like they spray painted one of the dolls for black hair but the paint was also on the ears and back. There was no "hair" and obviously you can't move their arms and legs because they are melted together. This site is a scam! The last picture is what I actually ordered.
How dare they send a stuffed pig as a realistic miniature pig. The description was life like, mechanical moving parts. ALL FALSE. Its just stuffed. The stitching is horrible. Getting my money back asap. Saddens me. I won't be taken as a fool.
I purchased 5 lifelike Yorkie puppies. The picture they showed had puppies running around, following their owner, licking, eyes moving. I was going to give these as gifts. What a surprise I got when I opened the package and found these cheap, fake looking stuffed animals. They are so cheap looking that I wouldn't give them to anyone. They are trash as far as I am concerned.

Buyer beware. Too good to be true. Disappointed at the "Life like puppy" could have bought this for £2 in a local shop. Managed to get $20 refund through PayPal. I agreed to this refund as too much hassle. Kept the toy for my dog to play with.
I ordered a Husky Dog from them on 9-4-20. It's been a month still didn't receive, I kept emailing them about my order now their telling me that their going to refund my money that their out of stock. This is a scam you should take it down.
The site made it look as though the dogs actually move. In reality, very poor quality stuffed toy, and not worth a penny of what I spent. Don't be suckered in. Would have given it zero stars if that was an option.

Advertised as 'realistic' battery operated 'life-like' mini dog toys, I received 2 small stuffed dogs, that was it... I paid $50USD! These are probably $5 each in the stores.
When you try to dispute it, a volley of emails occur for a week whereas they are pretending to be concerned, offer 10% then 100% then suddenly are shut down. Luckily I can still make a claim via paypal.
I ordered some "realistic" puppies of Facebook when they finally arrived they were nothing like items ordered so I emailed *******@gmail. Com as on the email I received. Totally useless I asked for a returns label only way to send them back got a reply then all went quiet. I gave it a few day and emailed again to see if they had posted label out and surprise surprise it was unavailable. I will try and get refund via PayPal but I fear I've seen the last of my money. These are just scammer learnt my lesson though in future read reviews. Only gave 1 star because I had to they don't even deserve that.
I purchased one of the animated puppies. Even paid $5 over the $8 s&h ridiculous fee to get it quicker. Still. Took weeks. All of this on top of $19.99 cost. I finnally got a $2 5-6 inch stuffed animal that has NO animation at all. Anyone know how to start a Class Action Law Suit?
Yes they need to be shut down. My granddaughter wants a puppy, I can't do that for her right now, so I thought that an animated puppy would appease her for a while since she has such a vibrant imagination. This thing barely held the attention of her one year old brother for more than a few seconds. BEWARE!
This is a scam site, what you see on the site is not what you're getting in the mail. I paid $33.00 for a stuff puppy, a tiny puppy dog that does nothing. I could've gotten one for much cheaper that does something. I was robbed by these thieves, so don't spend anything with them. It's all fraudulent.
