DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I tried to sell a phone through these guys and it's been the worse experience I've ever had. For starters they downgraded the condition of my phone once they received it (which seems to be a pattern with this company) and that phone is in great condition other than basic wear and tear but they claim "deep scratches" when there are none. I work in the cell phone industry so my phones ALWAYS have cases and screen protectors. The phone just had light scratches around the camera where the case doesn't protect which can be easily fixed. But the worse thing is they claim my phone is locked when it's not. Like I said, I work for the company I had the phone under and the company only locks the phone for 60 days after purchase and then it's unlocked for good. I've had the phone for over 2 years. Between these two LIES it lowered my pay out from about $370 to $147. I gave the phone in on Monday and they emailed Wednesday with the adjustment, I replied refuting what they said and they didn't reply until late the next day and now it's Friday and nobody has said anything else. ATP they can send it back and I'll go thorough "ITS WORTH MORE" I've done business with them before and EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. I've already told them I want my phone back and nobody has replied. They have till Tuesday before I take legal action. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR PHONES THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Their site says you will have payment in 5 to 7 business days. After 9 business days I asked them what was going on because I didn't see payment and didn't hear anything. They replied by asking me what color my phone was, so that tells me they didn't even know where it was for sure. I verified the color and then they sent me an offer which was 1/3 of the original offered price. They told me the battery wouldn't charge 80% or more. This phone was used every day up until sent out to them, so I think I would have noticed the battery not charging to 100%. I told them to send it back and I have a feeling it isn't even going to be my phone if they couldn't get it to charge past 80%. I recommend trying another site.

Do NOT send them your phone they will absolutely totally ruin your device. I sent a mint condition phone and was offered $137 for my phone for a SamsungNote 20. I'm a registered nurse and I document everything so of course I took pictures before I shipped my phone to them. My phone was completely Immaculate and kept in the case since the beginning of its life. When I asked about my buyback I was informed that there was a large crack or scratch on the back of my phone and that there was a burned LCD image. None of this is true I will be obtaining legal counsel because this company is nothing but a scandal. You can see from the pictures that I clearly took of my phone before I shipped it back to them that the back was in mint condition the scratch that is on the back is made by a knife made by a person not something that I shipped to them. Do not ship your phone to them find another company that is reputable or sell it to some individual because this company is nothing but a complete and total bogus scandal. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They offered $35 for my phone AND ruined it!

I sold them a total of 4 phones, in two separate orders, 2 each. The first order they tried to talk me down $210 less and said the flawless iPhone 14 pro I sent in had dents and scratches and it definitely did not. They sent me photos and it looked like dust on the phone. I was unhappy so they gave me $190 of it back. Now the other two I sent they are telling me the conditions are not the way I described and offered the next tier down for each device, even though listed on their website the prices for those tiers were much higher. I do not suggest this company they hope you will just take less.

I was treated fairly and honestly. I appreciate that. I was shocked at the initial notification that my device had some issues, and asked them to please personally review for accuracy. They came back and said that all was good and gave me the payment I desired. I am glad that they are honest and pay what they say (which is higher than the rest, by the way). I have used them before and will continue to do so. I have also used other services that helped me to declutter my top drawer and they are never to be used again by me because they lie cheat and steal. Its BUYBACKBOSS from now on for me

Sent in a fully functioning flawless looking iPhone 11 Pro Max, which was quoted at $330. After their scam of a review they only offered $80 because of some vibration noise that didn't exist when I had the phone.

On the website, it Says get paid fast for your phone 3 to 5 days. I sent two photos to them. They received them last Monday. Today is Wednesday. It's been well over a week. I was offered a certain amount on both phones. They came back with the counter offer. One of the phones had a little scratch on the corner so they only want to give half of what they tell you. The other phone they said was locked, which is not true. I've had multiple carriers on the phone. It's a rip off they want you to send them your phone promising you this money and once they get it you're mercy now. This is your warning do not do it

If i could give ZERO STARS i would. I have never worked with such a poor buyback company. They did not even give me 25% of their estimated buyback cost and I turned in completely top quality, top condition products. They made up a completely fictional problems that cannot be backed up. I could've sold these for more online then they offered me. I will never use this company again, absolutely the worst. A scam.

The process to sell my iPad Pro was very easy with simple instructions. I sent the iPad back with included mailing label and it was processed within about 10 days. Payment was exactly the same as what was quoted and delivered easily through PayPal. Very easy to work with Buyback Boss and I would do it again. Recommended!

Was promised $171 on line for my iPhone X Verizon 256GB which was in excellent condition. I sent it to them in the original box with the brand new earphones. Once they received it, they stated the battery was bad (I had never experienced a problem with the battery) and offered me $40! When I told them I wanted my phone back in the exact condition I sent it, I was told that they no longer had the original box and new earphones. They essentially held my phone hostage. What BS! After much back and forth, I was able to get them to pay me $100. I will never do business with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Notice all the bad reviews and how they have an "explanation" for all of them. Seller beware!

SCAM. SELLER BEWARE. I sent my mint condition iPad Pro to them after getting a reasonable quote and they then offered a much lower price upon inspection, claiming the screen was scratched. Expecting such a scam was a possibility, I photographed the iPad in detail before sending and can verify it was in perfect condition, which also makes sense because I used it very lightly, at home, and babied it, for less than a year. Then, when I declined their offer and requested they send the iPad back, they sent it back WITHOUT all the accessories and Apple box I sent the iPad in. So, they stole my box and accessories, reducing resale value, and scratched my iPad. They refuse to make restitution and I will be taking them to small claims court. AVOID. SCAM.
