Good service and good value of money and I needed new dress

Excellent packaging, correct sizing on the clothes, item as described.
Highly recommend, will buy again

Dresses are beautiful but do run large. Sandals are very cute but one had straps a little bigger than the other.

The jeans do not fit and I have found it extremely difficult to find out how to return for an exchange or refund. I have submitted a request via the website however received no reply, this was over a week ago!

I then receive an email asking if i have received my order and what the experience was! No mention of are you happy with the order? Would you like to refund or exchange?

Do NOT use this company!

The sandals are amazing and very pretty but the bodycon dress doesn't respond to the size, it was too small. I love the sandals

The halter short set I purchased did not fit properly. The halter opening is not wide enough to fit around your neck. I'm not sure how it would fit any person.
The flip flop sandals I purchased are not sturdy enough for your foot. Your feet come right off to the side.

Terrible never again, the quality of the outfit was nothing like the picture waste of money in hard times too!

I purchased 3 blouses from Boutiquefeel and when I received them they were too big. I returned the items in a flat rate package ( which doesn't have a weight but has a tracking number). After days of going back and forth with them regarding the weight and the fact that they have received the items they yet refuse to refund me. This company is a scam because they use the weight excuse to not refund your money when if you clearly have a tracking number I don't see the problem. This is exactly why I don't hold faith in foreign companies. NEVER AGAIN. They refused to render a refund because the package doesn't have a weight. 1 star is far too many but I had to pick one. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent good quality unique style and plenty of choice

I ordered 2 dresses, one for my sister and one for me. Dresses that fit us well. Average quality but it was still good enough for us. I was apprehensive given the comments but in the end I have nothing to complain about.

My experience was good I thought the shirts were cute so I ordered them. My order came fairly quickly

I was impressed with the quality and uniqueness of these shoes. Worth the price. Comfort is as expected with a flat sandal. I love my new shoes!
