I bought a dress and they sent me Slightly similar one but not the dress I ordered and they want to offer a 20%
Why would I want to pay for something I didn't order I would have never picked that dress it's cheap and different coloured and had a floral print I did not order a Floral printed dress
They won't return and they won't do anything else
Basically they stole my money
They do not have that same dress I ordered
So why sell something you don't have?
Put picture of the stock you have and send that it's a scam DONT NOT ORDER FROM THEM why would I want to pay 80% for something I never ordered
If you buy a diamond ring you should get what you ordered not what they want to give you

Their products have tons of photo reviews from a super positive and diverse community, making it easy for me to assess the product so I get the sizing right every time. The quality of their dresses is phenomenal, i been so pleasantly shocked with the feel of the product. Especially because the prices are so competitive. Shopping is easy (especially on the App), and they get new product in so frequently there's always new items to wishlist. I live in usa and their free shipping is quite quick (1-3 weeks). Absolutely one of my favourite online shopping experiences. I've got my friends all hooked, I would recommend this company a hundred times over, so nice for me! Love this brand.

I ordered many things from this website and I am very pleased with my products! Including a swimsuit, top, and sandals The clothes are very affordable, which I love, not to mention if you order over a certain amount the shipping is completely free which is amazing so I always order within that range. The clothes look exactly like the pictures. The feature of reviews and pictures is really helpful because it serves as a guide on whether you should consider sizing up or not. I was scared the clothes might not fit but as I received them and tried them on they all fit and look terrific!

You have to remember at these prices you are not getting top quality products. I have ordered many things like bathing suits, bags, blouses beach covers etc and liked them all If anything was not as written I wrote to customer service and either I returned at their expense or they gave me the credit. Do people think they are dealing with Neiman Marcus st these prices? They need to be realistic. I will continue to shop with them!

The most happy thing I have encountered recently is that I have met the shoes that I love. The shoes on this brand are really super beautiful. It's already very attractive to see the pictures. I can't help but make a purchase, but because of me. It was the first time I bought this brand of merchandise. I hesitated and only bought a pair. After waiting for a while, I received my shoes. This is the second thing that makes me happy. I received shoes more than me. Imagine even more beautiful, but because the size doesn't match my foot, I asked online if I could change the size. They are very friendly and help me to change the correct size. The attitude is very good. I am still waiting for my shoes. But this is a happy waiting.

The item of clothing was mediocre and the sizing was pretty inaccurate. This company makes you jump through hoops to return an item, it cost me £10 just for the postage because it had to be tracked, then I had to email the weight of the package, the tracking number and a photo of the proof of postage. I had a reply saying I had to get in touch with them after they had received the item (how am I supposed to know when they've received it?). I'm sure the idea is that people can't be bothered with the hassle of it and won't bother! I am a determined middle aged woman so I made damn sure I did get my refund (minus tax and minus the £10 postage which made it barely worth it but it was the principal of the thing in the end). It is also impossible to unsubscribe from their emails, these people have no morals. Steer clear.
