Delivery took awhile but I am satisfied with my purchases
It took forever to get the items! Size chart isn't close to be accurate of what to order. The company does not provide a shipping label and you pay for the shipping, which cost me $15.00. I have emailed the company of the time in getting my refund and no response. I also had to supply pictures of how much the package weighed and a receipt of shipping the package so they could track it. I will never order again from this company and will earn others as well.
The jeans were too short. 1 jeans is made irregular one leg shorter than other. Over-priced.
3 piece lounge all looked mismatched in size although labled in (Meium), top had a decent size whole where seam was not attached, pants too short and the lounger was slightly tight. Over-priced.

Just received my order though and they fit well, aside from being a little small in the bust but I usually have that problem most places unless I can mix and match bc I'm fairly busty for my size. I would also suggest ordering a size up. Delivery took a while but I was in no rush to get them, and considering the pandemic, totally understandable.

Dont do busy with boutiquefeel, they will go back into your account and charge more fees without permission. I placed an order, tried to cancel the order 8 hrs later, unsuccessfully, email them 5 times, finally got a reply, with procedures for returning the item, when returning items that were never tried on, the return policy is to take a pic of the wrapped package and post office receipt, to get a full refund including shipping since i paid for shipping from and back to for the return.

Not advisable for purchase. Very uncomfortable and doesn't snug to the nose area for protection against any viruses. Also smushes the nose, making you look weird.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
