Ordered a lingerie set, doesn't look like a picture. I was trying to return it or get my money back. Had a open a PayPal case and was told I can get 40% of my money back. Its been weeks, still didn't receive anything. Don't order from them, the worst curmore service, don't care about their customers at all

Shipping was delayed and I was not given updated tracking info to know when it would arrive. The outfit was not made correctly and the leg openings were different sizes so it didn't fit properly and I ended up throwing it away.

I do not know how this company has managed to get such positive reviews. I ordered 4 Christmas ornaments at £6.99 each with postage whih was close to the same amount. I had read reviews, the company looked legitimate... but what turned up 8 weeks later looked nothing like what was advertised (a cheap chipped metal badly painted trinket, not a glass bauble) and I have since realised that the product photographs have been taken from another site. It's another Wish! It's clear some people have had positive experiences but I am certainly not one of them, £40 thrown away because I know there will be no refund.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
