Shoes didn't fit, awful quality and squeezed the sides of my feet. I was initially offered a 10% refund and to keep the shoes. I declined the offer. I was then offered 30% and keep the shoes, again I declined. It took ages to get them to give a full refund.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
