Booking review

Unsatisfied, tried booking 3 rooms got confirmation for 2 rooms took 25 minutes to do it on the phone and still get it wrong. Now I have to spend an hour going back and doing it over. Sorry but what a waste of time.

Wonderful job placing my two reservations

Thankfully, I talked to someone who was very experienced in getting me the perfect reservations for two rooms and two nights at Carolina Inn. I definitely would recommend her for any type of position.

Easy, very polite. Made me look forward to my stay in October. My review has just turned irritated. The clerk was nice. Now you want a 100 essay! I hope this reqirement is not an example of how you treat your employees.

Booking was accurate

Joyce was professional and helpful. Though obviously not a native English speaker, her command of the language was very good. I would only suggest that she slow down the delivery of all the "rules, etc." so that the customer can absorb them more easily. I understand that all that information is included in the confirmation email, but her recitation of it was too fast to understand.

The experience was very professional. Attitude was phenomenal. Because of his professionalism, I will return to the Holiday Inn again. I will inform my family and friends. It was cheaper than the Laquinta. Hope you guys start giving incentives for staying at the Holiday Inn. The online representative was easy to speak with and very helpful. That's why we booked. Maybe we can earn points.
