Kimberly, the reservationist, was amazing. I've worked for 2 airlines and have done my share of traveling. Kimberly is by far the most professional, thorough and nicest agent I've dealt ever with. She is a true asset for the company.

I am so disappointed that you pay extra for cancellation protection but there is no way to apply for it. First you are never told that you must apply before canceling the reservation. Carlos did not in anyway share any of the details. I will never use any of your services again. It is totally a misrepresentation.
Very nice gentleman on the phone and answered all of my questions. Very accommodating and pet friendly. A lot of hotels claim to be pet friendly but they have a weight size plus charge fees for the pets. This hotel did not do that.
During reservation process rooms became unavailable. Very slow response. By the time she booked 2 rooms I did not need them and had told her to stop. I got stuck with a $500 charge. Never use Hilton again. My Hilton number is *******. Service was awful.
Had to book by phone due to Hilton on line services being down. The phone reservation process was antiquated, the representative was hard to understand and the chatter in the background didn't help the process also, the representative also said that she could not let me know when the on line reservation process would be back up. Unfortunate, Hilton is usually pretty good. Not today.
This site spoofs legitimate hotel sites, lists prices and then adds a huge fee to your credit card payment. On top of that, they add a "protection plan" at a ridiculous price. (The actual room reservation is made through Expedia, so you're better off just using Expedia.) It took me multiple phone calls to cancel the reservation and the "protection" plan. I was not reimbursed the full amount charged for the room and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the "protection" plan. These people are scammers. Stay away!
You were vey good for your employer and yourself but not good for customer. Added too much items without asking. You totaled up $211. Hotel site charged only 178. Your company was difficult to deal with when asked for refund. However you are good at t as talking with customers

There were not! He told me I could park at the hotel for $4.00 per day and a shuttle would take me to the airport at 4 a.m. but no shuttle service at all! Very disappointed.
The rep gave me the highest price available. The hotel gave me a different quote which was cancellable and when I ask to speak to the hotel first I got cut off on the phone. No reservation number but my credit card was charged right away. I had to call back to get the reservation number.
I could not believe! I was promised paid parking and paid breakfast! I was not! I had no hot water, fridge did not get cold, the baseboards were all chipped and cracked, bathroom had cracked door, I could not believe this was the hilton.
Was broke down on the side of the road called this organization book online to see if we could get early check in he assured us yes he had a 530am check in we paid him and then when we showed up there was no room available... Horrific left standing on a street corner. No resolution only we will refund as you, should get your money back within the week. I was on the phone for an hour and a half plus, trying to make a reservation for three rooms. The woman kept going back-and-forth about the prices the dates it was a nightmare experience very, very stressful and unpleasant. This woman has no business working in a reservation department at a hotel. They did not have the rooms that we wanted after we spent all this time on the telephone. She should have put a hold on the two rooms we wanted, but she didn't and at the end of the conversation so she said the two rooms were not available. This is outrageous. We should not be paying a cancellation fee.
Very friendly, professional, and efficient phone call. A little quick to respond to a question regarding the discount applied to a blocked set of rooms for a conference, suggesting that online bookings are not reliable.
I called to make a reservation at the Spark. I told him I have a dog and Josue said it was pet friendly. He gave me the full price with tax and I gave him my credit card. I was astounded and very upset when I got to the hotel and they said there was a $75.00 fee extra for pets. Josue did not tell me about any fee and he knew very well that I had a dog. I will never use this site again.
Almost everything was great except the drapes. We couldn't close the blackout curtains therefore we had the Hilton's neon sign shinning bright light's into our room all night. It was so difficult to get any sleep. We talked to the front desk and nothing was done. The beds where great. Water was hot. But the light shining into our room all night was uncomfortable to say the least. Your staff was very nice.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
