Okay so I've been shopping and been noticing that the prices are ridiculous! The belly rings are usually $10+ and is not the best quality. The good part about this site is that the customer service is amazing and they will fix any problem you are having with no questions asked. They have a good range of jewlery, but I recommend either using the 20% off coupon or buying the jewlery when it's on sale. Never pay full price like I did and waste hundreds for jewlery that could of been bought for cheaper. But all in all, just the prices are the reason for the 3 rating and everything else it great!

Okay so I bought two nose rings on March 16th. Prices were great, only paid like 7 bucks, but three weeks went by and I never received, I tried to look at the tracking since about 3 days after I purchased, but all it would say is that the tracking info could not be found. So I decided to email them. (Keep in mind that they have not emailed me to let me know anything.) I asked about my package and shipping, a week later they reply saying they shipped it to the wrong address, and they want me to pay extra money to ship it to the address I put under my information. I replied on June 14th, asking for a refund. Here it is July 4th and still have not received my refund, or at least an email back. So I guess my 7 dollars went down the drain,

I've ordered plenty of stuff from them in the past, but all of them were cartilage piercings (which I have yet to see any issues with tbh). I never suspected BodyCandy to be selling cheap stuff until now.

I ordered a tongue barbell about a year ago from them, and just put it in the other day (Tuesday). Within a day, the green color wore off in my mouth, revealing silver. Within 3 days, the silver wore off too revealing black metal underneath. First of all, they said this piece of jewelry was titanium. Secondly, now I'm freaking out because my tongue's a little sore and who knows what the hell kind of metal was just in my mouth (I legit just switched the piercing out 5 minutes ago). I will attach a picture. Additionally, I ordered captive bead rings for my cartilage piercing that were *supposed* to be titanium as well, and woke up one morning to an aching helix plagued with paint chips and pus. If this company cared about it's customers even a little, they would not do this.

THE VERDICT: While their service is great and shipping is fast, etc., BodyCandy lies to its customers and does NOT sell the quality of jewelry they claim to. This crap is most likely Titanium-plated (if even), which peels off after a while revealing cheap base metal. If you can find a more reliable place to buy piercing jewelry, DO IT because BodyCandy is not worth the scare, the money, or the possible infection from base metal alloy being in your mouth, your ears, your belly button, your nose, etc.

EDIT: I've heard a LOT of good things about Body Art Forms as an alternative, and have just purchased new jewelry from them. I will be adding more to this once I determine if its good!

Edit #2: So, I've had the tongue ring I purchased from Body Art Forms in for a couple months now, and I have nothing to complain about. It's a little hard to twist the ball in once you have it through your tongue, but I think that's just due to the size I chose. If you're scared and unsure about these unreliable companies such as BodyCandy or Painful Pleasures, go to Body Art Forms. What's great about them is that their descriptions tell you exactly what you're getting. If you opt for cheaper jewelry, they'll tell you that the color will fade, but they seem to stand by their products 100% and I have yet to experience anything to tell me otherwise.

I purchased a set of gauges which is a nice set. But the fact I lost my current ones I was in need of them fast! So I did the over night shipping. I get an email the day should have arrived being told it had been placed on hold... Due to fact my shipping and billing address was different. This has never been an issue for the last 5 years.
I was also questioned on the phone why I decided for a rushed order. ( none or your business I believe)! And told my bank wouldn't approve a payment for my 'shipping address'. Isn't that why they offer a billing and shipping address option?
I will never order here again... and I still got charged for a rushed order.!

I bought over 60 dollars worth of merchandiseach from this company and even paid for faster shipping and on the day it was supposed have arrived at my location. I got an email saying it was cancelled. So I called the "ask for help" phone numerry because the email said if there were any problems to contact them directly. And the first 3 timestars I hadon't to do a servey that wouldno let me past it so I could get to the bottom of my problem. And the other 4 times I called an hour or 2 later. I got a robot telling me that the number was unavailable from my calling area. Are you f***in kidding me?! I spent good money on this site and I expect better service than the mediocre s*** I'm getting now. Care about your customers enough to pick up the damn phone at least.

I want to start by saying this company has wonderful customer service. I got my order on a Wednesday and I placed my order on monday it was super fast, I got the right order but the wrong sizes I was sad at first but still very pleased with the fast shipping. So I called Thursday to fix it and they were so nice, they said they would send me my order again and double check it to make sure it was right. I asked them if they wanted to send me a return label and I would send the package I got back (I didn't open the bags or touch anything I could tell by the weight and feel of the package it wasn't right) and they said no they would never ask me to send something back that they sent to me I could keep it and gift it or keep it for myself. I was blown away I have never had customer service so kind and generous. I thanked them and I'm paying it forward now by writing this review. I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a good deal and customer service that cares I will definitely order again very soon. Thank you again #BODYCANDY

I really like Body Candy. Everything I have bought from them was piercing parlour quality for half the price. All the nose studs I have bought are beautiful and hold in really well. Their selection of plugs and tapers is awesome also and it's stuff I can not find anywhere else without spending a fortune.

Shipping is fast and I love the fact that it's free shipping if you spend $20.

In short: this is rhe only body jewelry site I buy from. I love it.

If you're like me and find that your local piercing studio lacks choices when it comes to original body jewelry, you should definitely visit this site. They offer a great selection at affordable prices and offer free shipping (US and Canada) with every 20$-purchase. Shipping is on the house during special holidays such as Black Friday, which was convenient for a first-time customer like me. They ship from via regular mail, so it took a while to get from the the USA to Canada, but since it was free, I didn't mind. Although it can be hard to estimate actual jewel size, especially for septum jewelry, despite the given measurements, I do recommend this site for their great selection and prices.

When I first found this site I loved it, I wasn't able to find cheap beautiful septums anywhere. I made frequent purchases, but the longer I own the jewelry the more tarnished it gets. The edges of the metal get all crusty with a weird blue coating. Then they rust and loose all the color. If you want to order from here I suggest only getting plastic jewelry for things like oral piercings so you don't get a bad infection. I've had 2 septums and as nipple ring have the same problems.

Don't usually write reviews but then again, it's MY money so I felt the need to write this one. I have ordered twice from BC... and both times I paid for expedited shipping! What's the saying..."fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice,,, blah blah blah!" Word to the wise, and to my own stupidity,,, do not pay for expedited shipping with this company, they do not deliver (no pun intended). I paid 14.99 for 2 day delivery, and that was 3 days ago, and my ups update says that shipment is not scheduled for another 3 days! Lolol. Yes, I'm an idiot, and I'm also a person who will NEVER purchase from this company again! There are tons of companies that sell body jewelry, at equal or lesser prices if that's what you're looking for. Do a tiny bit of googling and order from a company who doesn't scam their customers! I sincerely wish there was a "no star" choice for reviews, BC would definitely have gotten one of those.
