On April 12,2017-You charged my CC immediately for sunglasses and now a month later still no sunglasses? What is the problem.

No response on the 800 number and no response from three sent emails to you.

From what I am reading from others I will never get the sunglasses,, very disappointed.

So I place an order 2 weeks ago for a new pair of nipple rings. I even contacted them through Facebook to make sure they were sent. So 2 days after the order was placed I get a confirmation email saying my things were sent out. So I wait and wait and they said it should be up to 7 business days. I wrote them again on Facebook 2 days ago and they told me my items were unavailable for shipping! It's been almost 2 weeks and they are just now telling me?! Then, I tried to get something else and they told me they are issuing a refund and I have to go through the process of ordering again. No thank you! I don't recommend.

I ordered some ski goggles. I never received them. Every time I called 800 number I can't get ahold of anybody. I then went on the BBB website and they have over a hundred complaints. The complaints are about help customers never received their items. I don't know why a company would steal your money and not answer your phone calls. Shame on Alpine Ski Outlet aka Body Candy, shame on them this is wrong to scam people. Karma will take its course

Nose stud

I just recieved my pearl nose stud. It's exactly what I wanted only prettier. I had ordered a diamond one but got wrong order so that was a hassle but this made up for it. Thanks you guys.

Love the Look!

Purchased 3 tongue rings (totaling $10) for my boyfriend and received them within a week (NY to AZ). I chose the cheapest shipping method and was given a tracking number through my Facebook messages with no issues. They look absolutely amazing and I'm extremely excited to see him try them out!

I ordered $25 worth of product, and got the confirmation email almost immediately. It stated I would get another email when the order had shipped. 9 days passed and the order still had not shipped, so I emailed the company. I did get prompt responses each time. I was told the reason it had not shipped was several of my items were out of stock. I could choose something else or have them refunded. I had them refunded, which also came back to me quickly, but shouldn't I have received some sort of notification that those items were out of stock? It's bad enough that their website wasn't updated apparently. Even worse that it took me reaching out to them to find out what was up with my order. A few days later and the order still has not shipped. Not a happy camper at all with this company.

I ordered 4 products, and the first issue was not getting anything shipped in a timely manner. When I reached out to find out what the hold up was, they said one of my items were not in stock and they were waiting. It would have been nice to have a heads up about that. Then when I finally received my items, it was missing another piece and said it was unavailable and not sure when it would be back in stock. So I waited weeks to receive my items, only to be missing one anyway. Never again.

Horrible company

I ordered about $30 worth of jewelry because it seemed like a good deal. After my purchase went through the website said my order would be shipped in about 2-7 days. A week went by with no email saying my order had been shipped so I emailed the company asking if my order was still being processed. The woman replied a few hours later saying my order was being put together and that it would be shipped within 24 hours... 24 hours later my order still hasn't been shipped. I waited another week to see if maybe they were going to send out my order then, but I was wrong. I emailed the company asking if I could get a refund, but it's been a few days and they still have not replied to me. If you ever consider buying from this company, don't. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it's just a scam for your money.

Long time customer

I've been buying from Bodycandy.com for 5+ yrs and while their jewelry quality hasn't always been great, their customer service is top notch. They're always quick to respond and offer either a replacement or refund. The only time I've ever had to wait longer than expected to receive an order was my black friday order which is completely understandable.
If you're not happy with a product, if it irritates your skin, if a product still has not shipped or if you're waiting longer than the shipping you paid for, SEND THEM PICS. Screenshot the issues and email them, tell them what you want and they will fix it.

Ordered jewelry from this website and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and when it did there was a missing item because it was out of stock even though it said no such thing when I ordered it. I ordered something else instead and they shipped it to the wrong address and didn't let me know it's been two weeks now and they're shipping it again. Worst site to order things off of. NEVER BUY FROM HERE

Terrible

I ordered 2 belly button rings and size 5/8" gauges from Body Candy. They sent me the wrong belly button ring then informed me when I emailed them that they were out of stock on the one I ordered. Then they ASKED me if I wanted a refund. Still waiting on my refund. My gauges were smaller than 5/8" and they irritated my ears so bad I now have 2 very red, itchy, sore spots around my lobes and back of my ears. Also as mentioned on previous posts, I had to wait a week before they even shipped my order after I had already paid. I would never suggest this website to anyone.

Terrible Site

I ordered only about $7 worth of stuff from them because I needed separate bars and replacement balls. I ordered specific combinations for what I needed. It had been a week since my order and they still hadn't shipped it so I emailed and was told that it would be shipped the following Monday. I got an email on Monday that my order was shipped. THEN on Tuesday I get an email saying that one piece of my order was out of stock now and that I could get refunded or pick another thing to replace it... THEY OUTRIGHT LIED ABOUT SHIPPING MY ORDER. If they hadn't waited so long in the first place my item would've still been in stock. Then I told them exactly what they could replace the item with because I still needed that bar but instead they ignored me and just refunded me and told me they were gonna ship the rest... I DONT EVEN WANT THE REST WITHOUT THE BAR BECAUSE I NEEDED THE STUPID BAR! Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Waste of my time and money.

I *NEVER* received my order. I placed my order on November 4 and it was shipping out the following Monday. It's been a month (!); I've contacted them and they told me they're sending another package as a replacement. Are you kidding me?

I will be asking for a refund. This is ridiculous.

Never recieved product. It is now november 28th. Like really? Contacted them they said they will ship again no extra charge. I recently contacted them again and they said they were waiting on me to verify my address before they shipped again. This is bull $#*! i want my refund! $#*! your product i dont give a $#*! im calling my bank and telling them you guys are a fraud im contacting bbb next!

I ordered a lovely septum snap-on piece that looked amazing, I thought it was gonna be ok, but after only five minutes of wearing it my nose started to feel horrible. I couldn't take it off because I didn't have anything else to replace it with so I sucked it up. By the time I got home my nose was swollen and I had to get my boyfriend to help me get it off. It took us around fifteen minutes to get it off, it was a lot tougher to snap off than I anticipated. Not buying anything of the sort from this site again, it was a nightmare. I'll give a go to other designs but it won't be for a while.

I ordered 4 nose rings from this website on Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday! Not only was it fast shipping, but they include a cute BodyCandy tie bag to hold my rings in! They gave me a printed copy of my receipt also. I'm very happy with my order and this website.

I love this website and have bought belly rings, and earrings here. I have never had an issue with anything. If there was an issue with something I contacted customer service and got a reply with in an hour tops. If something was broken or missing a gem, I send a picture with the information and I get another one free of charge. Many of the items that I have bought have been from the clearance section, but I leave with a lot more rings that way. On occasion I do treat myself to something that isn't in that section and I have yet to be disappointed.
