I hired BMB Matrix in April 2023, Since then my Amazon and Ebay accounts were permanently banned. Since I could not sell items I requested a refund. For 2 months they have been telling me that a refund is coming but now they wont even respond to my calls or emails. They even had my previous review removed for an invalid order number. Beware of this company. I have officially filed a lawsuit against this company bc at this point they have stolen my $5000 and refuse to return it.
Update: It is almost November 2023, 4 months since I requested a refund, Still nothing. Since then 2 other individuals have reached out and stated that BMB Matrix has done the same to them. I am currently in contact with those parties. Possibly a class action lawsuit. It is absolutely not right what this company is doing and I mean to see that they are held accountable.
My Amazon and ebay store are getting orders everyday. Would like better communication with project manager. Overall they offer a good service.

This company truly works hard for you to succeed at selling on Amazon. I honestly wasn't sure if they were a legitimate but after a zoom presentation and some more research I decided to give them a try and within a few days of my Amazon store being loaded with products I received sales. I would like to see a larger profit margin or a little closer to what they advertised for some products but overall great service!

The client's eBay and Amazon account were suspended due to previous activities on both platforms prior to signing up with BMBMatrix. BMBMatrix was unable to list a single item on both accounts because his information was flagged on both Amazon and eBay before we even had access. This is in no in way shape or form reflective on BMBMatrix, since we were unable to work on the client's account as the client was unable to be approved to sell on the platform due to previous activities on both platforms. Furthermore, BMBMatrix attempted to resolve the issue on numerous occasions with the client and having the client sign an Account Closure Agreement where the client tried to continue to dictate unreasonable terms for the account closure. It is our mission to resolve any issue with any and all clients and part ways on amicable terms if the situation arises that the client is not a good fit to work with us. With all this being said, as of 7/27/23, we attempted to reach out to the client to resolve the issue and the client informed us that he has no intentions of speaking with us.
