I was referred by a good friend and decided to go with their standard package. The first two weeks went well then my Amazon store was put under review and my funds held.
I was told by my project manager that due to an increase in sales velocity it caused my store to go under review. In the mean time my ebay store is doing sales daily or every other day.
I definitely recommend Bmb matrix if your looking to sell online. Purchased two Amazon stores from them and both have cleared over $50k in sales as of last week. I can tell you that within 24 hours I was contacted (I worked with Xavier) and BMB Matrix worked diligently to not only send over an agreement for a full refund if that was my desire, but Xavier worked his magic and within less than a day they had a plan for success on Amazon. As a company grows successfully there will always be some situations that arise where a customer is not happy. You will also have this as an Amazon seller regardless of your business mode. Any issues that previous commenters have posted about this company has a plan in place to quickly address. They are committed to your success!
