Everything has been easier than I'd expected

I'm not a IT whizz. But I needed to create the website for my business on a very small budget so I created the site myself. I'm happy with it, I understand it. You tube helped with bits I didn't get at first. Selling is easy. Money is reasonably fast to get to me. Very satisfied

Good, but did not want upsell.

The first person I spoke with tried to upsell me a product I did not need or want. It took some time to convince him I was not interested. Finally he transferred me and the tech person who helped me with my domain redirect, adding or correcting a DNS record, got me on the right track.

The process is secure

There is series of email for the notice of change before it finally change is good to notify if my action is actually triggered on my end.

Good service provider

I discovered that the platform offers services I leveraged like transferring web site ids, develop new sites, backup, easy deployment and everything is easily accessible without much fuss.

I am a freelance writer and it is very important that all systems be up and running for me at all time because time is money. Sometimes I turn to people who think they know tech, but really don't. Patient help with site/hosting upgrade

My old Bluehost host was running out of disk, so I asked to upgrade. After several emails back & forth, one of their IT folks spent several hours on the phone with me, arriving at an appropriate hosting solution and enabling the transfer of my shell account and web site to the new VPS host, dealing with startup issues, making sure nothing (especially the constant stream of new emails) was lost, and helping configure the site.

I myself am a software professional with decades of experience, but am not a sysadmin. The explanations, planning, and execution, the support in general, were faultless, supportive, clear, and professional.

Fairly Helpful

Bluehost has its limits on what they are willing to help me with and it seems to be getting less and less. I'm not a tech person so when I have a Wordpress question for a site Bluehost built, a simple offer to help would be nice. This person did help me do something very basic, but she wanted me to call a pay-per-hour line!

Best customer service ever!

Ive had nothing but GREAT customer support with Bluehost - unlike GODaddy which I just left due to great people but poor results. Being able to talk directly with someone who can troubleshoot problems and walk you through step by step, with the added goal of wanting to teach is worth it's price in gold. Everyone I have talked to is upbeat, positive and helpful. This gentleman went above and beyond. I was the last call of his long overtime shift and he was patient, charming and went the distance to help solve all my problems.

Good web hosting

I have been with you for years and I find Bluehost hosting to be good. However, there are some problems that appear and they are recurring and cannot be fixed. Also I see a flaw in the support provided especially through emails. I have upgraded my hosting ، But I did not receive any notification that the hosting was upgraded even though I paid the amount. So I did not want to bother myself and contact you, so I decided to keep to myself and stop corresponding with you or calling you.

Customer service and payment

Customer service is quick response and helpful, 5 stars.

The payment system responded a bit slower. It made me click the payment button multiple times. Finally, I paid twice with two invoices. I don't need to ask for a refund because I need to use a service next year.

The customer support and information was always available. Some service representatives were more helpful than others. But if you kept at it success would finally come. Blue Host has easily accessible helpful staff.

There is always somebody available at blue host to help you if you have a problem. This was very important to me when I ran my business with photo viewing and shopping cart etc. we also ran a vacation rental with all information and booking contracts on our web site and because Blue Host we had virtually zero downtime. Today I am retired and have less needs, but stay with Blue Host as they offer all the things I will ever need.
