Refund, refund, refund, agaisnt law to not give refund in some counterys stop jurking me around. The honor nurf, no blue gear, and only joined for a friend. This game is $#*! i was a refund

I got the dark portal pass only for a friend and was going to refund it she said to wait a little loner and boosted then decided to quit and got hers refunded because she told them it was for groceries. I am stuck on a pvp server which i hate. And they refused to refund tbc classic when all i did was grind a level that was negative fun like pulling teeth, only been a week and under 10 hours, they stole my 70$ and since its bnet balance I can't use a credit card or paypal to charge back which they know is appropriate in this situation but are bait and switch about what the boost is money grubbing thieving a-holes. This is a warning to the few people who have not unsubbed from retail that this company has no soul in its development or pride and neither version of their game is worth playing anymore until they add content thats not rehashed

Okay first off I wanna say the customer support is amazing 60% of the time. They are always helpful and friendly in my experience. However the other 40% along with the WoW forums and the Subreddit of WoW is completely disrespectful, power-hungry and abusive. I highly suggest you do not buy anything from this company unless it is a diablo game or World of Warcraft classic as the retail/live/current version of World of warcraft does not even feel like warcraft it is nothing but gross. Along with the other games they have been so toxic and pathetic as everything is a faceroll on the keyboard to win, there is no actual challenge nor any actual fun in it unless you like paying to win. There is no teamwork and nothing but toxicity. The only good thing I can say is 90% of the customer support for world of warcraft are amazing they are very friendly and helpful and in World of warcraft classic the community is so beautiful as there is actually a rep you have and will be treated how you treat others, teamwork is a thing and you feel like you accomplished every challenge you beat. So unless you are going to play world of warcraft classic, one of the warcraft real-time strategy games (RTS), hearthstone (their warcraft card game) or diablo games I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere as along with the poor and abusive actions from the admins and support on the wow forums and subreddit of r/WoW their partner company Activision is nothing but a greedy firm of suited thieves, the call of duty franchise has gone down the drain along with the Activision customer support is the worst support, my friends, and I have ever experience, we have never had a single good experience through the Activision customer support, that is if they even ever respond to your ticket/complaint.

Paid NZD$149 for a COD online.
I'm using a Lenovo X1 Carbon (with i7 CPU) and a ASUS XR2 Station with 1080Ti video card (thunderbolt station). I could use this setup to play other games ok. Which inc: Total War (all versions, inc the latest 3 kingdoms); CS; Armas (all versions) etc. However, when running COD, it says the GPU is not supported.
Contacted Blizzard for support. They said, they could not give refund because of the amount of time that has passed since the game was purchased.
I do not agree that "the amount of time that has passed since the game was purchased" is a correct excuse.
Order was placed at 11:12pm on 27th Oct 2019.
It took me two days to download the 147GB game file. Technically, I only got the product I purchased derived on 30th Oct 2019.
First of all, I tried everything I could from my end. Then I contracted Activision Support as required on 30th Oct.
Unfortunately, I have received no response at all (see attachment).
Then I contacted you immediately. It's not fair to blame me that I should apply for a refund earlier.
Moreover, battle.net does have the obligation to tell the spec requirement/limitation. Now, the product I purchased does not meet what you advertised. From the advertisement, i was told 1080tI+Intel i7 would be good to run this game. That's why I made such purchasing. Unfortuantely, COD is the only game I know does not support USB Docked GPU. This is not my fault.
Blizzard is a reputable company. Please just be fair and reasonable when dealing with your customers

I still remember Star Craft and Star Craft II, III is... OK, SC II is better:-)
I play hours in WarCraft III with Frozen Throne, now playing with HeartStone and OverWatch. Good job guys

I SHOULD be playing the LONG awaited Diablo4...They blew players and fans getting it for several years after creating Diablo Immortal on mobile with the monetisation in mind...thinking everything would be peachy keen for those of us waiting for a CONSOLE game. Yes, should be playing my expensive $90 AUD + $15 AUD for what turns out rubbish unpolished game play and cosmetics that I can't seem to to see or access + game money that goes nowhere NEAR to purchasing good gear. The graphics are beautiful...though... season monetisation with Diablo4 is appalling, greedy and a slap in the face to those of us who have played this franchise since day one. I can safely say...this online only game is a big pain the frustration butt. My thumbs are sore like RSI sore due to the battles being way more difficult from Diablo iii and the bosses? Forget about it. I died a few times in the many many times I've played Diablo iii and it's seasons but here, due to tech glitches, a game that still feels beta on release, and so much death of my character rather than the often impossible so far bosses...like they're learning AS WE PAY AND PLAY... Diablo4...I die time and time again...there's me always needing to transport back to a town to refill potions and empty a very small accommodation for everything that's dropped along the way. It's one disappointment after another and I'm so fed up with this company...who are so alien to their players that getting in touch communication is impossible...they are reprehensible and I will never buy a single product from them again. Of course, I've paid good money for this big back of crap that makes me feel bad all the time. The drops are rubbish...not much by way of reward for all the frustration...after the season started...it was literally unplayable. I'll be back to polish this review and also add to it but right now, INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE GAME, I'm looking for AS MANY AVENUES OF REVIEW AND COMPLAINT as I possibly can because this game is an utter disaster and disappointment. I do NOT recommend ANYONE purchase this game nor have any loyalty to a money grubbing company that does not in the least seem to care about the millions of disappointed players this time around especially.

Terrible all together

Terrible customer service all in one. They never seem to resolve ANY of your matters and if they do, it's over 3-5 days till they get to you. Overpriced items where in the attempt to fix backlash, they tried changing the in game currency. That you can only gain through battle pass means or playing extensive hours for about a total of 1 skin at best. I log into overwatch after a few days and get silenced right off the bat. Then they claim most the comments made were from weeks ago prior which is why they did it. With most responses being nothing crazy besides a "lol braindead setup" to where that's apparently highly offensive yet a kid spamming the N-word is nothing bad. Don't even count on anything they respond because just like the service, the company is useless enough to release pve when promised free, but in story missions and charge 20 bucks for. Honestly, you get better story events from custom games than you do the general company. The skins are lack luster recolor, new BP has 0 new things for Hanzo which is crazy how they planned to "make the BP better" and it got WORSE. Frankly, the game would be fun and can be, but the company generally ruins it for a quick dollar. When they're desperate they'll release D.VA and Mercy skins thinking half of the people would love that as a make up gift. Generally, not even worth playing the game till they stop trying to be an EA franchise. Don't waste money or time, generally boycott them to the ground so they'd listen and clean their ears and eyes to realize they didn't make a second game, they made an update with extra steps. I rate this company all together, 1/100. I'd rather pay for EA unlockables because at the least, they actually deliver something to the table.

They dont know how to proper balance a game, no passion in the develop of a game, they only look for profit but lacks in cuality product, they give you $#*! at high prices, typical greedy bastard mentality. You need to know something the old blizzard who do the three warcraft, diablo 1 and 2 and starcraft 1, brood war and 2 are no longer exist they were replaced with trash simply as that, now you have a typical greedy company like everyone else in those modern times, they are only gonna give you $#*! so stop wasting your time with the actual blizzard, if you get the chance to play the old good games do that and have fun but dont play the new garbage they are give to you is not worth. And for last i been playing his recent games and i only have $#*!ty experience from them, and my conclusion is they dont know how to balance, patch and matchmake their online games, its pretty patethic and sad at the same time, if you are a good player why you have to play with the bad ones? Why you are the only one who have to struggle to win? Its suppose that a matchmake system need to evaluate the players and team up the players based on their skills but they dont even know how to do that and its tired that you want to win but the rest is like whatever... its a trash experience i have with them but well this is the actual world, only bad products and services and the only thing we can do is just accept that? Well i think that apply with almost all the conformist around the world but not for me, if you like $#*! and trash products with bad cuality, go ahead waste your money, in the end are your tastes not mine but for me blizzard is done for a very long time and i dont gonna give to a bunch of dumbasses free money for a bad product with no effort behind.

I recently spent $2500 building a beast of a gaming PC. I started downloading all the games I had previously... including Starcraft II. As it turns out 60% into the install and my pc bluescreens... every... time i start the install. I have NO problems with any other game or program at all. At all. Not even a little; as it should be with a brand new machine. I go on the battle.net support and submit a chat ticket. Not only is their reporting system asinine with a billion useless FAQs popping up to the effect of "did you remember to turn your computer on?". "Are you sure you have internet?" "Are your eyes closed and simply cannot see our product working wonderfully?" but the chat ticket immediately fails to connect, and simply adds it to my current ticket submissions for them to review at their own time. I check back the next day and my ticket has been deleted... there is NO sign of it anywhere on the website. I submit another ticket... but UH OH... an UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURED. "This is probably temporary." So the sweet and short of it is that blizzard can no longer make any game other than world of warcraft and world of warcraft clones that they call other names like Diablo III and such, but their website is atrocious and they simply do not care about their customers, preferring to let a faulty AUTOMATED TECH SUPPORT response... an contradictory statement if there ever was any(and I have owned every game they ever made so clearly I paid them quite enough money). Do NOT buy any of their products, and if you must, wait until they peddle their filth on Steam like any modern and sane company should do. These guys have an automated tech support for their games... which are basically polished rehashes of titles made in the 90s and have no justifiable reason for having tech issues in the first place, these guys coasted through the last decade on faith earned in the 90s and no longer meet the industries minimum standards, if they keep it up theyll end up like Id Software.
