Blinds were delivered on time but when started installing the spacer blocks were missing. I called and customer service rep said they would ship them to me. I said I needed them pronto and I suggested they be shipped over night. The rep said they would be shipped asap. It's been over a week and half now and still no spacers. I called three days ago and they said they were shipped but I still haven't seen them

This service worked just as advertised. I measured a window incorrectly and Blindster shipped new blinds for the cost of shipping!

I had looked at and priced blinds for a bedroom window. I had to have custom blinds because of the large size. The selection of all of the different shades and blinds was amazing. The website was easy to navigate. In addition to that, the price was very affordable. I was very happy with my choice of Blindster for my blinds. Delivery was prompt, and I WILL be ordering from them again.

The whole process was simple and quick... Samples arrived in a few days and were a nice size. Quality was as expected.
My only issue (self inflicted) was that I should have ordered the blind to unroll over the top instead of the usual way. They still work fine but would have been better that way. Carefully look over ALL your options before ordering.
