Excellent product

I ordered cellular shades. They are so nice and much better quality than the department store I first looked at. Also, the blinds were less money at blindster. I would order from blindster again. Thumbs up!

My mistake made right.

I measured incorrectly for my blind, came up 1/2" too narrow. Contacted Blindster and they shipped out another unit free of charge other than the shipping cost. Great fit guarantee, just read their measuring instructions before you measure, it really helps

Very pleased

We have had these bamboo shades up for a month now. The installation was EASY and the product is beautiful. I did not get the black out option due to wanting to be able to see through are ceiling to floor windows out at our backyard. I was worried they would let too much light in but they turned out perfect. We are very pleased with our purchase and will purchase all future blinds and shades from Blindster!

Happy with everything

We ordered samples of different colors and they arrived quickly. When we received the three blinds that we ordered and everything was has expected.
We had to go online for more complete instructions for installation but that was OK. Then all was well. We are very happy with our purchase.

Happy Customer

This is the second time I've ordered cordless up-down double cell shades. Product samples are generous enough to make a good decision about style and color. Ordering online was very convenient. Order receipt, production and shipping were communicated via emails. Product quality and price is excellent. I will continue ordering from Blindster and recommend this company to friends and family.

Fantastic

A few problems
December 19, 2016

Ordered 20 faux wood blinds. Two of them had top rails with dents in them. Kept them because the valances covered the dents. 6 valances were cut incorrectly. Specific instructions were given in the "notes" section as I was instructed to do, but instructions were not followed. Blindster sent out new valance stock which I cut myself to the correct size.

Not The Color I Ordered

I ordered a "white" Called "bone" on the blindster web site, faux wood shade. I received a shade labeled "Oyster white", which looks much like a pale beige color. I was told that the colors are the same thing. They offered to remake the blind after I twice sent tem pictures of the "Bone" sample they sent me placed next to the original shade. Clearly the picture showed that "bone" was a whiter color than the shade labeled "Oyster White". I kept asking for a shade the color of "bone" that would match their sample they sent me. I received a second shade and it too was the same color as the original one. After more weeks of discussion, they offered to either refund my money if I sent the shade back or I could have a discount and keep the shade. Since I needed a shade on my window, I took the discount. However, the fact remains that I never did receive the color "bone" that they offer on their web site. They kept talking about the factory didn't have any other color. So, I believe that their samples are from an old source and the new factory source does not have the color they are still advertising. Buyer beware that what color they send you may not be the color you order from their web site even if you get samples ahead of time.

They do what they say they will do

I wrote down the wrong width (off by 1") and unfortunately it was discovered when I was installing the blind. I called Blindster to tell them of my mistake and they were very understanding and asked what the correct size I needed and I received it within a few days. All it cost was the $15 shipping fee.

Great products!

Very impressed with the blinds I ordered. I ordered a rollershade, bamboo style blinds with a blackout liner, and light filtering cordless blinds. All shipped pretty fast. The quality pf the blinds is great. The price was exceptional. I have paid much more for a blinds company to install blinds that were garbage compared to Blindster. Would definitely order from again!

Faux wood blinds

Nothing wrong with the price, but I sent interior window dimensions, and the cut size was exactly the interior window width, which meant I had to excavate to make them fit into the space.

After we placed and paid for our order, they said they were out of our choice of blinds. We were disappointed that we had to start over and possibly lose the sale price. Blindster did make it right by over-nighting addition samples and keeping the sale price. Blinds look great!

Easy process, helpfull customer service

When I ordered I did not specify that I had to mount the blinds from the side (not top down or bottom up). The hardware did not allow for that. The rep I talked to immediately knew what I needed, talked me through how to mount it and I had the new brackets in 3 days.
