The website, the ordering process, the price, the service, the communication we're all very satisfactory. I probably should have expected the cheap plastic looking faux wood material for the price, but honestly was a bit underwhelmed. The house full of blinds went into a rental investment property and are truly nicer than the remains of the previous window treatments. If they had been for my own home I would have real regrets. The company offers free samples and I would advise taking advantage of this feature. I did not. I would do business with this company again but I would want to see samples first.

Guaranty comes with a price

Ordered 9 rollers and provided accurate measurement and specifications.
5 sun blades came in wrong size. Blindster re-order all 5 five, but I had to pay $15 for each one totaling $75. Although they honored to replace, Customer Service should not have charged $75 for, it is totally their fault for sending wrong size canvas

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order!
I see from our correspondence that you had the problem with your outside mounted shades. Roller Shades are always ordered with the width of the widest part of the shade which is at the top where the mechanisms are located. The fabric will be 1" to 1 1/2" narrower than the ordered width. I see that you have been working with Whitney on your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Factory back ordered. Six weeks to receive. Blind quality not the best. The brackets were hard to install and the Roman blind material doesn't stack real well.

I'm blinded by the great service!

Ive ordered from Blindster various times for my rentals, and my personal house. The orders have always been shipped fast and never a problem. I usually order the economy 2" faux blinds. Perfect quality. Easy to install. Ill never go back to Lowes or Home Depot for blinds. Always a better deal ordering here, fast shipping, and no tax.

I had a very good experience buying from Bindster.com. I had a little problem with one of the bilnds delivered with a broken part. When I called and e-mailed the customer service about the problem, they were very helpful and sent me another blind right away. I am very happy with the quality of their blinds and would buy again from them.

Love Blindster

I had been searching for affordable cellular shades for months with no success, I have a large front window with a window on either side. I heard about blindster on the radio. I looked up the website and read their reviews. I ordered samples that were free to me. I made a decision and ordered cellular shades. I mistakenly ordered one too many shades. Once I called my account was credited that day. I had my shades within 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with them and I plan to order more products in the future.

Happy Customer

We ordered 2 exterior shades, 2 interior blinds, and 1 large 3 panel shutter, and everything worked out as we had hoped. The whole process was very straight forward and simple. We received samples when requested, and had our questions answered as we posed them.
The only place where Blindster came up short was installation information related to the shutters. The installation information needs to be updated to explain to the customer what they might encounter during this process.
I am an experienced tradesperson, and was prepared with all of my tools, shim materials, and knowledge of the various possibilities. My installation went fine, but the average homeowner will be challenged with their out of the box installation instructions. I'd recommend asking for a copy of the installation instructions in advance so you can study them and ask your questions, so you don't suffer from frustration during installation.
Overall, a very good experience.

Nice blinds. However make all you measurement about 2 inches shorter. Everyone one of mine was 1 bilnd too many. Don't even try using the screws they send. Do your self a favor and go to a hardware store and get yourself good ones. They strip very easy.

These are top quality blinds and the website is easy to navigate. Delivered on time (even during the Holidays~) and just what we ordered! Better yet- they replaced the ones that WE ordered wrong! I didn't even have to send the wrong ones back! They are everything they say they are and more! I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Not so great experience
March 20, 2016

I ordered about 20 blinds, mostly faux wood horizontal. One had a defect, one was the wrong height. I submitted the photos to customer service and it took 2 weeks plus another week for shipping, and 2 phone calls for Blindster to replace blinds they messed up on. They are OK as long as they get the order right, but if it's not, don't expect any urgency.
