We are a private Christian school reaching out to inner-city children and teenagers in the Chicagoland area, offering an affordable and safe learning center free of drugs, gangs, and other dangers common in the public school systems. In our 38 year existance our school has been through the expected ups and downs. Our teachers get paid but at a fraction of what they could earn somewhere else. One teacher in particular has been faithful for 24 years to our Junior High students, serving with a perfect attendance record, daily loving and training the young people. His classroom curtains have been a shambles for several years, held together with spring clips. He uses a projector for many lessons, and has continued without complaint. We wanted to do something special for him and new shades seemed to be perfect. Blindster.com helped us with samples and different options until we found what we were looking for. Being a classroom it is not prudent to make the room total dark. Your 14% open shades were perfect. We used candy sale funds to order and received our shipment as promised and installed them right away. The teacher was so happy and the shades are gorgeous. The kids were impressed, too. Thank you for providing the opportunity to easily find and order such a good product. To top it all off, your price breaks and sales lowered to original expected cost so much we were able to afford another set for another teacher. Thank you so much.
My items were promptly delivered without a problem. I have not installed them so I am unable to determine if they were not damaged during delivery
My Girl friend can't measure and our blinds were off by 1/4" but blindster got me all fixed. Thanks for the help. And don't all the men blame the women for measuring ha ha ha.

Blinds arrived without any installation hardware, one shade was broken. Contacted customer service, they replied promptly, a week later still haven't recived hardware.
Blind fits well and appears to be good quality. Delivery was within stated time, but at the long end of that.
I've used Blindster to get honeycomb shades and vertical blinds for two entire houses in the last year and a half. The blinds always fit perfectly and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are awesome and I will use them again and again!
I have purchased blinds from Blindster for at least ten years. Their quality has been consistent and the blinds hold up great. I just recently put in a new window and ordered a blind to match the windows that flank it. Even though the shades for the existing windows were ordered about three years ago, the new one matched perfectly and my wall of windows looks great.

Great fitting blinds and no problems hanging them. Love the look and lots more light in the living room. Will be looking to upgrade more of my windows with the products from you.
We ordered the blinds and was told to expect about a 10 day to 2 week delivery including building the blinds. Received blinds after some two MONTHS had passed. Was not even told about part of the order being backordered until I made an inquiry as to where our order was. Someone should have notified us.

Helpful people on the phone and they deliver exactly what you order and the quality of the blinds and hardware is excellent. Oh yeah, the prices are very good.

Ordered several blinds. One did not fit but their customer service took care of it (after a bit of back and forth). Used them several times and usually everything goes very smoothly.

All of our factories require photos to show that a blind or shade was made to the wrong size. None of them will remake the shades at no charge without the photos. I will call you to get this resolved.

The blinds are perfect. I was amazed at how fast they arrived after I ordered them. The color is exactly what was depicted on the web site and I am happy every day when I can block the sun from glaring into my eyes.
