Right from placing the order till its conclusion, we had a very saisfying and pleasant experience in dealing with them.
Yhe blinds fits perfectly and beautiful (more so than in picture). And when one had a minor defect, we informed by email wih a picture of the defect. They promptly replaced it and we kept the defective but going to throw it away or give to salvation army.
I measured and ordered Blinds from the Company for the first time with this order. They came one day ahead of schedule and were very easy to put up. I ordered two blinds and Both were up in less than an hour. The first took 45 minutes just to be sure the 2nd took 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds for thier home.
I ordered 3 sets of blinds. I measured and re-measured as the site described. In the end when the blinds showed up the width measurements were a shortened a bit as stated in the web site. With this new measurements it allowed more light into the rooms which I did not like. But, I did not follow through and report it back to Blindster.com to allow them to correct the situation. I just didn't want to deal with it anymore. In the future, I will not order from this web site anymore.
I had my husband help me as I was not so sure I could handle this without a error. Wrong! They made it so easy. The installation was a breeze too. The blinds look great. THE SAVINGS WERE ENORMOUS! I actually saved thousands! The quality was super. Blindster is the only one for me.

These pull shades were made and delivered really fast and they work perfectly to cover the window panes in our front doors. We couldn't think of any other option to give privacy when desired but open fully and seem to disappear when closed. My only disappointment is in the material which looks cheap and plasticky. A higher quality option would have been nice.
Items were constructed accurately and delivered as promised. Performance was described and was also as described. Would be better if blinds went up easier. But our windows are larger than most and blinds do go up with coaxing as was noted.
The instructions on how to measure were clear, the price was unbeatable, installation was incredibly easy, the order was delivered early, the blinds fit as expected and best of all, they feel better quality than blinds we previously purchased through a well-kmown bulk warehouse... even though we purchased the super value style. Would definitely recommend to a friend or use again if I moved into another home needing blinds.

I'm sorry your blinds didn't fit like you wanted. I will call you to get this resolved. If the factory made the blinds incorrectly we will have them remade at the correct size at no charge to you. If you need them at a new size we can remake them under our "Fit or Free" guarantee. Either way, we should be able to get you the fit you want.
