Blinds.com

Clerison was extremely helpful in understanding how to select and install the blinds!. I would love for blinds.com to consider selection of inside and outside color. We have some black windows inside and all black outside. Have to install backwards to have the black showing the street to blend in with the outside.

Easy, quick shopping. Due to circumstances, I haven't even opened box, but I, sure they are excellent because of past experiences.

I got the blind on the last day of the promotion period. It was fairly easy to pick what I wanted. It's nice to know I can still get the correct size later if I make a mistake. The window opening isn't even in our old house so installing was challenging.

I received someone else's order. I called Blinds.com and they made sure I received the blinds that I ordered. I did, and they are exactly right.
Someone is missing their order. Am I supposed to dispose of the blinds that were missent to me?

Blinds are nice, although measuring and installation directions were less than optimal. I made it work and they look and function nicely.

User friendly and ordering was a breeze, however the blinds dont come with a valance to cover the box brackets. My experience with Homer Depot mini blinds was that the come with Aluminium valance and chords to pull up and lower blinds which is a bid negative with Blinds.com

Overall, good experience with the order but mistook the description for tilted not completely rolling open and closed.

I was challenged to add to my shopping cart so I called Customer Service and then was able to add to my cart and place my order. Order arrived quickly. As it was the first time I attempted install of an aluminum blind, it was a bit of a challenge as the cordless blind brackets and holes did not line up with my 35 year old Bali blind this one replaced. Had to drill new holes but the drill body was a bit greater in diameter so the hole was at a slight angle inside the window frame which was drywall. I miss not having a valance with the blind.

The blind fits well however, the cords were too short so the blind would not close more than 3/4 of the way. We wound up having to cut all 3 cords which make using the blind a real problem. Also, the installation directions are probably the worst I've ever seen. Access to a video would make a real difference.

Ordering was easy. The blinds are very nice and the color was what I expected. A minor problem was when the blinds anew pulled up to the top, one side is a little longer than the other side but not enough to really notice.
