You cant talk sense into there brains they sent me 2 motors in 15x6 boxes and told me they sent my 26 in. Mag rim in it does this make sense to you? Im thinking ive been had sure there tracking number match the description of the content but there was no rim in it 2 boxes 1 for each motor just cause the box says rim doesnt mean theres 1 in it they wont listen to me so i guess im screwed it took so long to get them 1 excuse after another then they tell me i got it bull$#*! hows a 26 inch rim fit in a 15 in box blow me bike berry

For ordering spare parts this place sucks! Don't buy from here! They gave me misleading information on the product information. Then to return the product they don't give you a full refund. They actually charge you to return an item at your expense, charge you to restock it, and won't give you the correct item, even when it is their fault you got the wrong product. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. I was warned about this company, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

BUYER BEWARE! Bikeberry sent me both damaged unmarked and incorrect parts for the friction kit. See Red marks on attached photos. It has been TWO months since I've been trying to get BB to correct the order! TWO MONTHS with very little customer service help. They keep responding with the generic replies and stating the warehouse will send when it's in stock. When I ordered the product BB stated it was in stock. I keep asking for refund and they ignore it. Please BUYER BEWARE!
Been here for a bit some good some bad but it has always been resolved. But one
thing still gets me my bike was stolen. The cops couldn't help me because there are no serial numbers on the bike to track it down. It was found in a Pawn shop. Had to buy it back I had Prof of pictures and a bill of sales but no serial numbers to match it to it. But all in all I'm happy.
After instaliing the bikeberry motor bike 10 minutes later the after ridding the bike the motor seized. I tried everything to get it running and to no avail. So i decided too call bikeberry to inform them that the motor had seized. They informed me that i needed to contact the tech dept. so i did and they informed me that i needed to try different things before they would send me a new motor.so i tried everything they said and some but nothing worked because the motor had seized. Finally after calling bikeberry several times they informed me that i should have read the fine print. Therefore i wasnt getting a new motor or a refund. Every body out there beware of this company because they dont honor their warrantee and their customer service is to let you know that the client is getting nothing from bikeberry. A terrible company that wont me around for long because of bad business practices.
They sold me a shotty motor, with no instructions. When i had to replace it, they made me pay to ship it to them, then sent me another bad one, that was completely missing a pivital point to make the bike run. They would keep me on hold for at least 20 minutes each time i called, after i talked to someone, to talk to them again, and sometimes even hang up on me. When i told them i wanted a refund, they wouldnt honor it even if i sent it all back! I will never recommend them to anyone!

All my orders came on time one of the orders was missing an item I contacted customer service and they took care of it right away contacted them a couple days later they made sure I had all shipping information they were extremely well to deal with on the phone and through their live chat you actually deal with the same people when you call or live chat Christian that works there is awesome he will take care of all your needs on the phone or on the live chat I highly recommend bikeberry
Very poor packing of shipment-engine arrived broken-Gas tank was missing-called customer service, very rude girl on phone-very long wait time on hold-said they would ship out parts ASAP-they haven't arrived-don't waste your time and money-BBB is next-I put in claim with Fedex-Start claim process with credit card company-smoking way too much skunk bud and not paying attention to detail-What happened to the Golden State?

I've been having problems with my clutch. Turns out it needed to be adjusted. BikeBerry is very helpful to find out what the issue was. So glad I'm able to ride again!
I rate Bikeberry a zero. I ordered 6items at fifty dollars they sent me one item, i called them to notify them that they didnt send what i had ordered they owed me 5 more items. I got a box today from BikeBerry and got 3 more items now they shorted me 2 items I will not contact them a third time because they shorted me again they are thieves I will never order from them again and suggest that you should not order from them ever. In my opinion they should go out of business.

The gas tank came in a good condition. Easy to install and came earlier than expected... I am planning to buy another bike for my kids. They have good stuff online.
So far so good they've helped me out with every problem I've had so far I'm about to call him about another one we'll see LOL but for real. The Heavy Duty 4 stroke motor mount with the cast iron inserts I can't tighten up the motor while the amount is on so how do I know if it's lined up with the sprocket I have to tighten them bolts up first and just guess
Sells you a damaged bike and won't take it back or replace damaged parts. Its been 3 months I have had this unusable bike and no help from customer service

Ordered around $500 motorized bike+engine kit for special BD gift. The 1st shipment of the order (bike) came all damaged and scratched, as if it was used already. I contacted customer service right away hoping for quick resolution, but instead I was advised that I would have to cover return shipping cost in order for them to ship a new bike. That didn't seem to be fair to me, so after not agreeing with that I was explained that damage occurs very often shipping large items and that scratches do not affect functionality of the item, so the best they can do - issue $40 store credit and let me keep damaged/scratched bike. Oh, and I also purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, but according to Bike Berry, that still doesn't cover return shipping expenses! Unprofessionalism and ignorance at it's finest! It even makes me wonder if they are not scammers?! So as a customer I was wrong to expect to receive a new/undamaged item after I paid for a new item? And for my "naive expectations" I should be punished by covering return shipping costs and pray that it doesn't again and again... Oh, and someone's special BD will be ruined too now... Beyond disappointed and frustrated...

Answer: I have had nothing but problems. It took 24 days to get the motor, customer service was rude.

Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
