I paid $75+ to have next day delivery. If it takes 1-3 business days for it to ship, can someone please explain to me why was I offer, for a fee, to have next day service? I guess I feel like I was scammed out of $75. I need transportation to and from my new job at Intel in my new home town of Phoneix, AZ. That was the major reason I chose to pay the upgrade of $75, because I have no other options at this time for transportation.
I had a part get messed up in shipping and they sent me that part for free I think that they are great

This bike is lighter and easier to ride than I expected. It's BIG. Those fat tires make for an awesome ride. The shift index was way off, so took it to a local shop to have them fix that. It's a pretty neat bike. People think it's custom.
I've been running the bbr stage 4 80cc engine now for about almost 3 years! And I've only ever had to replace the clutch camshaft once and only replaced the spark plug once and one new chain an one sprocket ever the whole time that is great but recently my bike doesn't run right now because it has no spark so I bought a new stater magneto from you guys hopefully that fixes it. Other than that, I love the thing it ran great.
My son had a walmart motor,for his bicycle. He only had it 2 weeks and it blew up,so he went to your web page and saw your motor kits and was very impressed so mom bought for him it looks to be high quality
After my original purchase I was happy but after receiving the bike and accessories I am far but happy. After I made my purchase I realized that the 26-in bike that I ordered was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it they refused to even though they didn't ship it yet and now I know why they charge a 15% restocking fee plus make you pay for the shipping and they only give you in store credit do not order anything from this company they are full of s*** not to mention what they did send me was full of rust dents and just an inferior product
I was shopping on bikeberry.com and put the items in my cart that I wanted. Before I checked out, I had a question so I sent an email to customer service. EARL, with Bikeberry responded quickly and was patient with me. I am going back to my cart and placing order, thanks to EARL I feel confident placing my order.
Everything is broken; frame is damaged, brakes hardly work, front rotor is to small for the caliber, kickstand is flimsy, missing parts, the banana seat slips on the frame even though i have tightened it to the point of stripping a bolt(scratched up my brand new paint), and the paint is more like a primer, and when I asked for help they sent me a email they never answered, and when I called they directed me to talk to a chat bot. I honestly think the people on youtube get different bikes than the costumer. Its either that or you have to join a bike club to get accurate information to have a reliable build. Honestly it feels like they tossed be a bunch of parts with no instructions and left me in the dark; in a attempt to extort more money out of me by forcing me to also pay their club members at the bike shop. Its like playing a video game where things keep breakin in order to keep you playing(spending). And for the record I didnt pay to play a game.
I cannot express how bad the customer service is. You may think at first that they are actually helping you. Soon you will realize that they simply respond to emails and do t actually follow through. They will lie through their teeth without blinking. The customer service lied so much I started to wonder if I was even talking to a real person. Don't waste your energy or money on this company they will only disappoint you and then lie about it afterwards.
First experience with Bikeberry, love your products, looking forward to getting my hands on the stage 4 kit. Shopping was easy. I'm sure you will hear more from me in the future. Can't wait to Frankenstein one of these little beasts. I'm a mechanic and fabricator and I plan on having a ball building this thing. I'll keep you posted. This was a total rip off. The bike broke after 4 uses. Bikeberry refused to let us return it. We are in Hawaii, and there is no one to fix it. Customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time or money
We received our 24 inch boys bike today and put it together - to some extent. There were parts missing. I suspect it was due to the parts bag being open and the overall container having many gaps at top, sides and bottom. The bike will be fine once I visit the hardware store and buy some substitute nuts, spacers, washers and brackets for the reflectors. My issue was with a manual that didn't quite match up with the bike, an almost unreadable assembly manual and sloppy shipping integrity.
I got a lot of great stuff for my bike I can't wait till it comes in its going be great just wish I could have got my chain break did not have enough but thanks guys very great service so far
I bought a men's Switz Cruz bike from this company. It came damaged, I sent pictures. There were several scratches and dents and the front rim needed to be replaced and the back spokes need to be adjusted. They offered a $10.00 store credit and finally said they would send a new rim. They expect me to do the repairs myself. Now I will have to pay for repairs. Thankfully, after much negotiations, the company has agreed to refund $50.00.

I've been a long-time customer of Bikeberry. Started out with a motorized bike with the Stage 4 engine kit, the thing is a BEAST! I rarely have any issues with them but the 1 time I did have a warranty issue, bikeberry was very quick to get it resolved for me. I've since bought a gigabyke swift ebike and LOVE it! It's true what they say, once you go electric, you cant go back ;)
Bike berry is the best motorized bicycle company out there. The people who own bike berry are real bike builders and actually test the stuff they sell before it gets to the consumer. They know exactly what we want and how to get it to us. the people at bike berry are the best and will always get my business. I won't go anywhere else
All I can say is I've always gotten what I asked for and service is beyond excellent. I've gone on other bike sites but they do not come close to bikeberry. Thank u bikeberry for ur great products and service.

Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
