I can't see the images that we paid for printing on our background. Can this be reproduced brighter?

Best of Signs offers great pricing and often acceptable to great product. I've placed nine orders with them, with a few them having issues with either product quality, delivery time or customer service.
The price is hard to beat, so my advice is to order with plenty of time before you need them. Should there be an error, it will takes way too long (and a lot of frustration) to get it fixed. You will be passed around to the point of extreme annoyance. Two months lead time seems to be needed if you don't to pay high shipping rates.
Everything is good, but your ordering process nickels and dimes for stands and mounts and all. It would be better to package it with everything needed because people are gonna be pissed seeing a great price and then having to add everything ala carte. Also, you color selection array is odd. Show options for the basic colors then offer the array for other color match. Trying to get the blackest black and whitest white is a pain.

Other than the mockup not displaying correctly, everything was fast and painless with great pricing. One of the artists contacted me and clarified what I wanted and did a great job providing a print proof to approve.

The result was a beautiful piece of work. It took a bit to get to the final design however as I don't think the designers were readying/understanding the directions, but we got there and the result is wonderful.

I have to go back and forth way too much at times on my orders. And I don't get the right people to talk with or cannot understand them at times. But once we get through all that, the product is always wonderful.

The logo/art work I sent was pretty straight forward. However each proof was wrong. First, they altered the logo from a square to no square, changed the color of logo letters so the letters floated against the table cloth color. Next proof, was the same thing but just changed the table cloth color and logo/text color. 3rd proof, they got the logo right, table cover color right, but put a box (that I did not ask for), around the added text below logo. 4th proof, finally got it right. This experience seemed to me to be a communication issue. Perhaps they didn't understand once communicated from customer service to their design team. It was frustrating none the less.

I ordered and needed to cancel. I attempted to cancel immediately upon cancelling the order. Should be as simply as clicking a button, right? Wrong. It took a phone call and 3 emails to cancel. Ultimately it was cancelled, but it was a worse experience than it should have been!

Ordered now 6 tents with this company. Site does not allow me to re order, so have to resubmit the design each time. Five previous orders were all the same and fine. 6th order, the tent arrives looking different than the previous 5 designs. Front panel (which is supposed to be black) is surrounded by a white border. Company refused to correct the mistake. Lost my future business. Disappointed.

We expected our tablecloth about 1-1.5 weeks before it actually arrived--paid for priority shipping and everything. Unfortunately it still arrived waaay past the est date they gave us.
Order was incorrect and I was expected to jump through hoops to get to get it corrected. Very poor customer relations.

The logo. I ordered a solid black with logo. I got white down the middle and on the ends, for the show it needed to be solid black.
