Pathetic Service. 4 month old Samsung Flip phone 6. Screen dead. Major fault as the phone is useless without screen. Asked for a replacement. They made me pay to send them phone, they replaced screen. When phone returned, couldn't open SIM port to put sim in. Phone is useless. Now they want to repair instead of replacing device. This has been going on for 2 months.

I received my phone and all is working well. I would have liked more timely tracking and expected delivery info so I had to email twice to request info. Delivery took about 2 weeks in the end. Very happy with the product and price.
Steer clear of this company.
They refused to fix my phone and then ignored a court order from 2020 to refund me.
Their shell company office is permanently empty, no phone number, and email communication is met with delays until you get told to write a letter to their Hong Kong head office.
They blamed me for purchasing the phone from them, offered me a 3% refund (so generous) and wanted to charge me a fee for it.

Item arrived, in pristine condition as stated when purchased. Working well. Delivery was quick and communication with seller was good.
I purchased an Apple Watch from this company when I received it. The face was badly scratched so I sent it back. I agreed to have a replacement watch and when I receive that it wouldn't charge I don't know if it's a problem with the watch itself or with the charger cord that they sent but it definitely does not charge for $325. It's not right. I brought this watch through Amazon. But.Becextech was the seller, which I've been dealing with. I have included a photo of the first watch with the scratched face.
Delivery took a little long but phone is in good condition and working well. Would recommend to others so far.

Hi I ordered an iPhone shortly before Xmas. The phone came really fast. The case & screen cover was a little slower after Xmas but that was due to a stock issue which I was fine with.
Great service and excellent communications from Becextech, an excellent choice of products and easy to use website.
It was not only so easy to order, plus good postage speed and tracking updates BUT also the price was half of what other retailers were asking.
Phone was exactly what I ordered. There was a slight issue with tracking to begin with, but it was answered and resolved very quickly.
I ordered on 2 December 24, no communication about my delivery until I emailed a week later 9 Decmeber asking for info. I have to initiate the communication, it not I wouldn't know where is my order. Then the reply email from Becextech advises me the parcel is on its way. It only takes 5 days for the phone delivery consider it is from international so it is quite fast given we are in December. All in all, I am happy with my purchase, the phone is brand new and sealed but would like the communication faster.
Very quick response from BecexTech with any query I had and parcel arrived 3 days ahead of time and this was just before Christmas. Would highly recommend BecexTech.

I bought a Tamron 150-400 lens for my Sony. The price was very competitive and the lens was delivered, free, inside the promised time in prefect condition. I've always had good experiences with BecexTech in the past, too.
Was replacing a relatives iPhone 6 for an iPhone 12 mini. The phone arrived on time and as described is just like new at a fraction of the cost. Would buy from Becextech again.
I orded a new phone from BecexTech, but prior to doing so I firstly reached out with technical questions and comments, I am happy to confirm all those questions were answered promptly. It's a shame we don't have stores in Australia with the same expertise.
The package arrived within five business days in a tamper proof sercuity sealed box. The product works exactly as discribed.

I ordered a Samsung tab and a Case on 25 October. A week later received a Tab only without the Case I've ordered together. When I opened the tab I found it's designed for the Middle East region. I couldn't choose Australia as my country on the tab. It has only a few Arab countries in its list to choose at the initial setup stage.
Now I'm still waiting for the Case to be delivered I don't know how long it will take.
