I ordered 5 wheels and it give me a choice for a shirt i put 2XLon it and i just ask them about they said i i not want it so just watch that all they have done me great in the past but this time it was a rip

Ordering tires from BB Wheels was a huge mistake. The slowest most unorganized tire shipment ever. This place may be a scam. Tires never showed up. Customer service is horrible. They have a could care less attitude on my order. They were quick to try to fraudulently sell road hazard on commercial truck tires. I was told just to lie and say the tires were for personal use on a commercial truck. I can not reccomend this place to anyone. See the 89 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not believe their responses to negative reviews saying to reach out to them as they want to help. I have reached out to customer service many times and have wasted my time. No one will help. SANDRA should seek employment elsewhere. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of this level of service. They use T-force to drop ship tires. BB wheels and T-force are a combined pile of *. I guess atleast * exists. My ordered tires do not seem to exist

So placed my order with BB Wheels. Shipping started off to look like a fast and easy experience. I was wrong. Received 3 rims. "Where is the forth"? Phone call. We will contact u back. Okay. Well 4 days later. No contact. Meanwhile. Package is out for delivery again. Sit home all day because signature required. Truck drives by no delivery. Next day. Out for delivery. Today they delivered the last rim. And 3 of the tires I ordered. Phone call. "We will contact you back" needless to say. I'm still waiting. So I started to open and make sure everything I ordered is in new condition. Ding, scuff, scuff, ding, scuff. Still gotta bring that up. Boxes are beat to death. You know. If they do call me back. Family Company that prides itself on Customer Service. Guess I'll try SD Wheels for my wife's vehicle.
If you wanna be ripped off and not get what you supposed to get,and be treated like crap.you need to order your wheels from B&B wheels.And their lead worker Sandra, is the worst person in the world. She can't lead ants to an ant pile, I would never do any business with them again Ordered wheels not only they didn't showed on time, only 2 rims showed up out of4. The other box came five days later but inside the box was no wheels it was 3 construction water holes. Call B&B wheels to ask what the hell is going on. They promised to fix it never did. I spoke with the carrier FedEx, who took responsibility but needed BB wheels to take care of me, and they wouldn't take care of me and get me the other two missing rims. The lead worker Sandra, she's dumb as a box of rocks couldn't get her to do the right thing, so I check with the Better Business Bureau about B&B wheels. And they have a horrible rating there and of course I'm calling back to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to give more horrible ratings.please don't do Business with B&B wheels,You don't wanna do business with those people they are the worst in the world, you want good service good wheels, and tires. Someone know what they're doing and good customer service, then contact Car ID online better service better more knowledgeable, helpful polite, and understanding screw B&V wheels and tires they could go straight to hell with their A## hole Sandra, the leader and their business as far as I'm concerned.
I thought it should not have cost me so so much to return tires especially if replaced them with another more expensive tire. I believe I paid around $500. For four tires and was charged a 25 % restocking fee plus the $77 for shipping.

Imperfections with a warped rim. Because the tire company mounted them and did not see the imperfection. I am stuck with a warped looking rim.

I like the full description of the wheel. Tells you all you need to know about whether or not it will fit your vehicle. A lot of places that sell wheels don't tell you the diameter of the center hole but you guys do. It's important to me because I recently purchased a set of new hubcaps for my old wheels and I know they will fit the new wheels. Good price and free shipping make it an outstanding deal. Now, if they don't take too long to get here……
