I was happy with the battery but unhappy about the length of time before I received it. I believe it took 10 days before it was even shipped then still had to wait.
I ordered the battery. It was delivered at the latest possible time promised with no updates in between.
The battery arrived dead. It would not hold a charge or charge. I had to return it. Paying for the shipping both for order and return is more than half the battery price.
I would like to be able to update this review if I hear from the vendor.

Well I am extremely happy with the product I ordered. I was less than pleased with the information received from battery clerk when I asked them why my item was taking so long to be shipped. I received some standard answer. I guess I was just expecting a little more definitive explanation. Oh well in the end all is wonderful...

The battery was shipped quickly and arrived in time. The only draw back was they suggested two batteries for a replacement for a machine we only needed one for so now we have an extra and they shipping is too expensive to send it back
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
