Worst service ever, I purchased a. Bike from this site cost over $1000. 00 and it is well over 2 and half months, they gave me excuse after excuses and they never send the item. Had same issue with them before. Lucky it is still under PayPal money back guarantee. You can buy most of their products from eBay even cheaper but with reliable and fast service
I have ordered from banggood.com several times to France. The products I received were as described and pricing is good. On two cases, they run out of stock but the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful to find a solution very timely. They did their best to resolve the cases and are opened to suggestion (e.g. Swap this item with that one). In short I'm satisfied and will order again..
Placed a large order, broken into 3 parts. 2 were express, one was regular delivery. They can't show me where express items are located. The regular delivery item did show up. It was a spare battery for a toy in the express delivery.
Contacted them about location of other items that were supposed to have arrived before Christmas. That didn't happen. This is what they offered, "It may be delayed due to the cargo check of the custom, and it'll be released soon. Would you please wait patiently for one more week?" As if I had a real choice.

I've ordered a pair of shoes. They carry small sizes, which is hard to buy in USA. Paid with PayPal. Two weeks later get the PayPal notice about unusual activity on my account. It was accessed from unusual location. Next day, after I've changed my PayPal password, I get e-mail saying my item is out of stock. Coincidence? I've cancelled my order and I am not planning to use Banggood or any other Chinese company anymore.

Ordered many items from Banggood and most items arrived in under 1 month. One item got lost and contacted customer service. I was quickly offered refund or replacement without any problem. Their price is higher than their competitor A... but they provide customer service in case you have issue with the order.
"I was very pleased that the bag I ordered arrived early and it is exactly as depicted on the web site. However when I checked it the studs will not close the bag as they are more than 1" out of alignment and the handles are crooked. I sent Serene a photo and told her about this 5 days ago and I have not even had a reply from her. Watch out! Price was great, I paid in full, the website says it shipped airmail immediately, 30+ days later it has not arrived, 6 attempts to gain a reply from the company have had no response, now expect my payment is not recoverable.
I am changing review after response and delivery of product. Good product and they did finally respond to my complaint.
I ordered an item and sent many emails - only response I ever got was to wait. I waited and 4 months later, they are avoiding refunding my money and I dont have anything.
Shady at best. Terrible customer service. Just spend the extra few bucks and order from a reputable seller.

I purchased a pair of shoes that I thought was a good deal. Well once you receive the item you realize that you get what you pay for. No where near as nice as in the photos, smelled really bad of chemicals AND even though it was marked size 43 (my size) they were about two sizes too small. Contacted they company and they only offered me 300 point (worth only $3.00) towards another purchase - like that's going to happen. STAY AWAY - not worth the savings.

"The dress I purchased was clearly not the same measurements as supplied on-line. It took a lot of back and forth (ordered May 10 - resolved Oct. 14), photos of all the packaging and the dress with measuring tapes showing the difference, but they did deliver a replacement - in fact, TWICE, since the first replacement was exactly the same as the first dress. So, customer service came through, but you will need to be persistent. Kudos to them, but honestly, they must have a very difficult time dealing with merchandise that is not factually represented. I had to guess at the replacement size to send me. Fortunately, I guessed a size close enough to fit. Its label is two sizes larger than what I normally wear! Apart from that, the dress is lovely."

Only used them once, never received any product, product never left HK. Wasted lot of time with customer service (or rather their bots), all I heard wait X days, we will check (they never did), next time it was the same, wait X days, we will check. Most unsatisfying customer service experience - the jokers can't even count days. Should have read the reviews before wasting my money with this company.
Currently disputing the transaction through PayPal. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from these people.

Well let's start with pricing seems very reasonable when online shopping, free delivery amazing! 7-25 days del to UK... meh well it is free I guess happy to wait up to 25 days!
It's been 32 days so far! You guessed it no items, emailed customer service said wait another 2 weeks! No offer to send out replacement order, no refund and certainly no good will offered. PayPal dispute now in progress.

Steer clear. They advertise something is in stock when it isn't. Then they send you a mail tracking # that doesn't work. Their wait for online chat is at least an hour. They are good at charging you quickly but that's the only things that's remotely quick about this company. I'm still waiting for something that was supposedly in stock on Jan 11 and it is now Feb 15.

You will notice on my original review that Katherine L. From Banggood said that she? Would investigate my claim. Two weeks have past and a total of one month has past with no reply from Banggood! This company uses these comments to make readers believe that they are attempting to resolve an issue when they have no intention of solving anything. They spend far more money on creating an illusion of being a good business than they do actually having any customer service. They also use people to create YouTube reviews by sending them free products. The real purpose of the review is to have any potential buyer of the product to hear banggood's name over and over as if they are a legitimate company. All Chinese suppliers are not like this. I just had a problem with Miracle Mart RC. I sent one E-mail. I then receive a resolution E-mail the next day. Needless to say I will be buying again from Miracle Mart RC, and I will never buy from Banggood!

Ordered a purse via a Facebook ad. They shipped it out on July 28,2016. It is now August 12,2016 & I have yet to receive it. I emailed them and here is what they said: "It was shipped on 2016-07-28 by Standard Shipping without a tracking number. We estimated delivery will take 7-25 working days to arrive, But we hope you know that Working days exclude the weekends. Please contact me if it has not arrived within the estimated time."

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again.
