I ordered a light jacket garment. I ordered an XL thinking that would more than fit. It turned out to be more fit for a 10-year-old child.
When I discussed a credit, they inundated me with measurement hoops to jump through.
I did send them easy to identify the problem photos. They lied and said they could not see the problem. The bottom of the sleeve was five inches above my wrist.
Online chat produced nothing other than we are sorry, you will not get a refund, so maybe you can give it away. I hope this review costs them more than my $15.50 purchase price.
Plus the garment must have cost them less than $2.00 to make.
Hello Amazon! No more ordering direct from Chinese companies. No service! No satisfaction! Use them at your own risk.

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, then just return it within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund minus the shipping charges incurred by us. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

Banggood customer support is good for any site, let alone a Chinese site. They were quick to price match, cancel an accidental order, and I've received every order fine. They will also help you answer questions you might have about the item - like matching accessories or compatible items. Good response time, most of the time less than 1 day.

I ordered an item with fast shipping from EU warehouse.
Next day got "sent" status with a tracking number that doesn't work in any tracking system.
When item failed to arrive on time tried to contact Banggood via their contact form 3 times, but their didn't even bother to answer.
Stay away, there are plenty of other places to get the same items with normal customer service.

Returns not accepted

I bought a phone from them that didn't work, annoyingly I would have to pay to return. Having sent it 'International signed service' I've received three emails saying they've tried to deliver but cannot. Further enquiries make it seem likely that they refuse to sign for it as taxes will be due. Paypal are disinterested despite following their instructions to the letter. Avoid!

Don't believe the hype!

I wrote a review on this website, Banggood representative requested more information with an email address. NEVER heard one word. They are oblivious to e-mails and will ignore your phone calls... with always, we never received it. Better like whatever cheap junk they send you because it will be yours!

Payment withdrew almost immediately from PayPal upon ordering (3/14/16). After a month (4/13/16), nothing received, not even delivery or tracking details... Am giving them another week before appeal for decline payment to PayPal

For returning the item would use up the refund. Also, the time involved is just throwing good money after bad. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this and other chink websites. Nothing but thieves here..

CINESE CROOKS

Sly Chinese making false statements after the sale-3 months later no masks. I had to had my bank get a refund for me and even through the process they lied consistently. With everything going on in the US our government should put an injunction with then and any other country making our daily routine more difficult than it already is.

I don't know if the changed their policy for better or they now care more about me because I've reached the highest VIP level.

Lately deals have been great with Banggood, almost Amazon standard.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, which looked very nice in the photos. But after waiting a long time and spending countless hours on phone with customer service, who kept asking me to wait for another week or so. I never received the ordered product. Finally contacted Paypal and after waiting for another 2-3 weeks and supplying them with the information that was at their own site, I got my money back. Terrible experience. I would only by on COD now, if possible.

Banggood's dishonesty

I see Banggood's fake good reviews writer has been working overtime, writing pure fiction, to trick potential customers in. This shows you the lengths they go to, to deceive people. If you read all the real feedback, they are devious sellers, who offer no warranty, low quality products, that takes a long time to arrive, if it turns up at all, and make it impossible to get a refund. Their man will now have to write 4 or 5 more fake reviews to cover this up, to prove my point. Stay clear of them.

I ordered an $80 reborn baby Girl doll for my 8 yr old granddaughter and was mortified when she changed her diaper for the first time. Although she was clothed in pink as advertised, she was an anatomically correct baby Boy. After numerous emails with their customer service they will not ship me the correct doll or even the correct torso so I can fix it. They want me to accept a $10 refund and points toward future purchases that I assure you I'll never use. I would warn anyone doing business with them to consider all sales final as has been proven the case for me.

Items did not arrive
August 31, 2019

Items did not arrive, even though they were shipped with EU Priority Mail. Exchanged emails for 2 weeks on and they were saying the package should be at the local post office, because that's what "logistics replied", even though the tracking number clearly stated they were lying. Awful customer service, avoid them at all costs!

If you absolutely need to buy from them, use PayPal, never a credit/debit card.

I was looking for 'Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket', because I didn't find it in my country. After checkout, first they wrote the goods were not yet available, "we are waiting for them from the factory". They waited, a few months later they sent. Arrived. The remote controller is not configured in any way. Leaf manual in English did not help, does not work. There is no such model in Iнтернет, as well as manual to it. The site does not have a simple quick and understandable way of feedback, which could be used for an acceptable time for a busy person. There are chat, mail, messenger icons, but they are inactive. Shortly, choosing expressions, the next frivolous guys, whom I block from the first joint and forever [including the annoying advertising that they slam daily since registration]. Appreciate your time, gentlemen).

P.S. Bought the "Remote Socket" in Moscow. It is elementally configured and works.

After buying several items from Banggood, which either didn't arrive, broken from the onset, not as described, and of extremely low quality, I ceased buying from them. Luckily, I used paypal, who quickly refunded me after setting up several resolutions against Banggood. I got fed up with their claims runaround (photos of the post mark, packaging, and photos), Don't they know how they package the items, or who they use for postage? Then they want a video of something that doesn't work, so what difference is that, to a photo, apart of making life difficult. With no help through their service department, I let paypal refund me, with no fuss. The earlier good feedback, before this, is fake, written by them, singing their fake praises, ignore it.

They think they can cheat the american customer by tiring you down. Bought 3 products three months ago. A robot vacuum cleaner that broke down in weeks. A shower head that last 2 weeks and busted. An XL a "loose" style chinese shirt that would not fit a 5 years old. Nothing has been replaced. They want "evidence" and I sent a picture of the broken shower head. It never arrived. The $25 vacuum cleaner just does not work. What kind of evidence can I sent to China(!?) at my expense? A death certificate? And the shirt was given away to a needy child. I am still waiting. This people should be ran off the market now, They are laughing at the US.

Wow I'm horribly dissatisfied with this website. At first the delivery time frame for my product was 3 weeks. Fair enough. On the last day that they could deliver they send an email saying that due to Chinese New Year my parcel will be delayed by another 20 working days. And to top it off I just got an email saying they require additional payment for import duties. Terrible service with hidden fine print about import duties.
