They made my day. My husband ordered a cake from them design pattern simplicity and taste everything was soo good. My husband said Mujhe kuch krna hi nhi pda I know he is a lazy man. But anyways thank you Bakingo for making my birthday special.

I have ordered customised cake on my wife's birthday. Instead of making pictures using cream they used third class paper to make pictures. Product is not even worth rs 100. I felt cheated and totally ruined my excitement to surprise my wife. I suggest other customers as well never order customized cakes from bakingo. They will make sure to ruin your happiness.

Ordered a cake and had to personally follow up with the delivery executive and the service delivery team. Cake was extremely pathetic and was not edible.

Extremely poor service

Ordered at 1pm and picked up a schedule for 3-5pm. I called the CS and was informed, ordered will be delivered at 6pm. I kept my patience. Our office closes at 6:30pm and guess no cake even till 6:10pm.
Lets hope they refund the money. DO NOT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY CAKE.

Very unprofessional, poor service. There's no tracking system. No one responded on the phone number and email id given on the website. They really need to update their website, their tracking feature ctually dones't show anything.

My fiance want to give me surprise on valentines day so he ordered morning a gift pack from bakingo but till now I didn't received anything at the end he discussed this with me because now day is going to end. What the meaning of selective same day slot if services are really bad. We are really disappointed with the bakingo app service and i will not order again from this as today my valentines day surprise spoiled already. Very worst service. So unofficial if there is option i will give 0 star rating.

The experience with ordering at bakingo was wonderful. The taste and packaging of cakes were excellent. When i contacted ankur at bakingo, he was very helpful and got my cake delivered in time. I am very thankful to ankur for helping me.

My nephew recently made me organizing his birthday. He is so busy, while I'm retired and I thought that it's okay. I didn't mind to help him to organize his birthday so he asked me to find a proper baking company in order to buy some cakes, biscuits and some other sweeties. I understood that I wouldn't find some interesting baking companies offline, so I started to search online. I found this company and the pictures of their cakes gained my attention. I ordered here couple of packs of cakes and my nephew really liked those caked a lot. I will definitely apply here once again in future, when it comes to my birthday.

Was my first order with bakingo and the cake was too rough, rubbery, hard and breaking into pieces. It was not baked properly. I normally order from Ammas pastry, Just Bake or Cake zone. I regret my choice for my sons bday this time.

I'll never take there service again. They didn't deliver cake on my father's birthday after confirming Oder. Worst service ever from the people who are calling me for order confirmation.

I am really really happy with Bakingo Cake delivered to me. They did good packaging of the cake and the cake looked exactly the same as it was on the pic while ordering. The surprise gift from their side on the order served like an icing on the cake!
