I ordered cherry explosion cake for my anniversary. The cake was partially burnt and was giving foul smell when I opened the box. Taste was really bad. Also the cherry on the cake was not fresh. It was complete waste of money for me.
It was me who suggested bakingo on my mom's birthday and I regret that.
Fruits on fruit cake was too less than what is shown in the picture... Mostly the cake was tried to be filled with apple pieces and the pieces were super small. And even after using finely diced apples, some part were left empty. Grapes pieces were diced in half in picture but in real I think they took half grape and grated it one half grape only. No dragon fruit. Cake was too sweet. The cake looked really cheap. Dont go for this cake people and I'm never gonna suggest bakingo after this event which was turned into an incident by bakingo.
I was feeling all low prices materials were used in cake and even low priced fruits were used in such small qty that the cake top was decided to be left empty by whoever the cake was baked by.
Delivery could not be made till 5 hours thereby defeating purpose of timely sending birthday cake. Putting review of good service is only done. Please also put my review on site so that people may place an order well in advance.

We are apologetic for the discomfort caused, however, we would like to apprise you that the delivery depends on the Location and slot selected.
Your selected order was scheduled for delivery by 12 noon, and due to the ongoing Weather conditions the order was delayed by 30 minutes.
We do try our best to be on time, however, due to Natural caused, sometimes its difficult to maintain the same. Kindly treat this as an exception.

Damaged cake received. Order number *******. My friend ordered cake for us. it was damaged. And the guy amit in chat team was very rude. He replied slightly damaged cake. Its too bad Worst cake ever I had never order from here

I ordered a hawaiin pineapple cake. The delivery and packaging was really good. The cake was also very fresh but it was not a pineapple cake. I was a simple vanilla cake with Pineapple chunks used for decoration. I suggest them to kindly change name in order to avoid misguidance. I also requested them in special instructions to write happy bday on the cake. I believe it was not a demanding job that they could not do. The cake is not extraordinary in taste. It doesn't stand to the price. There are great tastes served in same price. You guys need to work beyond packaging and delivery.

The website takes pincode to check whether they deliver to this address?. As per their website they deliver to pincode ******* (Ghaziabad). Due to some error in their website, it was always taking Noida as delivery city from Drop-down menu. So I contacted their customer care to confirm the address. I came to know that they do not deliver to all areas which come under pin-code *******. I do no tunderstand why will they have filter based on pincode on their website when they are not even service to whole area coming under same pincode. I had to cancel my order at last.
Before placing order please call their customer care to confirm whether they deliver in your area specifically. Do not reply their website for any information.

Also, the cake was freshly prepared, timely delivered as well as properly garnished. We do not commit about usage of any particular fruit as garnish for mixed fruit cakes.
