I have been ordering my cakes from Bakingo since a long time. They have a huge assortment of fresh and wholesome cakes to choose from. In terms of service and delivery, they are commendable and trustworthy. They also offer cashbacks and discount coupons which is a cherry on the cake (pun intended).
I am surprised to read the negative comments here. I am sorry about their unfortunate experience with Bakingo. So far, my experience has only compelled me to order my cakes from them.

My wife kept waiting for entire day for cake. And finally it didn't arrive in specified time as well... 9 to 9 pm slot... We kept calling entire day as well but we were told that would arrive 9 to 9 only and not sure when... But it didn't reach... ppl eventually left and I am very sad. Never trust now onwards...
We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take Customer Satisfaction very seriously.
Ordered a cake on Valentine's day at 12 pm and after multiple follow up the cake got delivered at 8.40pm in the night and the taste was ridiculous cannot get worse than this. The delivery itself was post 8 hours and the taste also sucked and on thr call the guy said thay due to valentine's day it was late but this late and with awful taste why does such place exist. Never order from here

It was my friend who suggested me Bakingo. But, I was very afraid to try from a new bakery as it was my son's birthday party. I didn't want to make any bad decisions. I ordered a butterscotch cake which was very delicious and it was better than what I expected.
