The BEST cakes provider in spoling any type of event. Booked a cake and and after having waited for couple of hours past the scheduled delivery time, status was changed as delivered without actually delivering the item. Its loss of hard earned money and more over loss of precious time of any event that you might plan for. This bakingo.com is untrustworthy and dont waste your time. Also, no proper response and updates from customer service.

I ordered the blueberry cheesecake cake for a birthday & they send a completely different cake. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, even after sharing pictures. They ruined the day. Please dont order from them

They spoiled today my dads birthday. First they sent me wet and watery cake and second time they sent me same cake it was odd and bitter in taste. When I complained they said we baked fresh cake in half an hour they baked fresh cake wow…and they dint even took back or listened to my complaint and they have not even accepted their fault. I told them come and eat ur cake. Then Also. I'll not order any cake from here and worn not to order from bakingo

So I ordered my first cake in 2021 from bakingo.com & it was good freshly baked so I decided on my birthday I will order from bakingo again yesterday on August 10,2022
I received a Spoiled cake, rotten smelly cupcakes. The cake was literally made me scream to their team because they spoiled my birthday. I call their team on WhatsApp just no response at all
On the call their representative said they will pick up and deliver a new fresh baked, then they said it's hard to deliver fresh because it takes time okay. From 1:30 pm noon I wait for pickup, I keep calling their team they keep saying same words again an again and their pickup boy arrive at 5:30 pm so obviously my whole day is spoiled and I hate this company now I didn't receive refund yet
And I also found that Bakingo.com is not an individual company but it's owned by floweraura

Good place, the only thing is that the waiters don't listen to the end of what you ask or order from them. Sitting at a table and there were not many people, they brought the order without our preferences.

The cake delivered to me was damaged during delivery. They delivered through Dunzo. No replacement process. Neither i was asked to check for confirmation if cake has been delivered in correct state. I opened the parcel after some hours hence they denied to replace. Earlier also we had faced same issue, and had thought it is just one of scenario.

Ordering process was easy. The owner promptly answered my questions. Great customer service. Packaging was excellent.

Yesterday I placed an order. The customer service was supported in a well manner. Suggestion was perfect, Response was just awesome.
There are lot of options for cakes. They also prepare the cakes on requests.

Best customer support ever... delivered cake was very tasty and delicious. Kudos to team... about the customer support... they are very supportive and polite... I need to make some changes in the order and it was with minimum time..

I was looking for a delivery for my relatives living in Delhi. Suddenly I remembered her birthday and then I contacted Bakingo and you know what they just delivered it within 2 Hrs and tye quality of the cake was awesome and I will surely go for it.
