Great programs but beyond that, the Staff is excellent. Fast responses to requests for support. I wouldn't be without their entire line of programs. I purchased the unlimited license several years ago and it was a great investment. All their programs are very intuitive, if you can find the on switch on your computer you'll have no problem using them... Totally satisfied... Don

Video Editors... There are so many and they all do one thing better than the other. But i found that AVS beat them all!. It is simple to use, sleek, doesn't lag when uploading and working with video, as long as you got a decent GPU and plenty of memory. And most machine these days do. The program works as intended. I've used movie maker, virtual dub and a few others with errors in codecs not found to load avi' and mpg's/mpeg's. AVS loaded them up flawlessly and fast. Editing was a snap with the trim feature, and the effects choices were plenty. Buy it, download it, use it!... You won't be let down.

This is by far the best user friendly software I have ever used. I like having the ability to change coding properties that other software packages dont have. AVS4You does things other software lacks. I like AVS4You so much I have purchased seven license keys over the last seven years and the price out ways other software that is slower to complete the job at hand and less features. Tech support is the best of any company I have delt with. Sent a trouble ticket today and get an answer tomorrow. Many of my friends now use AVS4You and nothing else. Thank you for a product well built.

I've been using this suite of software for 6 years or more and have found that it covers most of my daily needs but... I recently had need to upgrade my machine - new processor - new motherboard - and a clean install of Windows 10.

I had it all covered - well mostly :) - license keys - install packages - data all backed up - ready to go!

Installed windows 10 and started to re-install every thing until I got to the AVS4You suite.

ERROR - according to their records, the suite was already installed on another machine.

Well, of course, after all the upgrades I had done - this was basically true!

An email to the support team was all that was needed to sort this out.

Tess (sorry, I don't know your full name :) ) was most helpful - and in no time at all the Suite was installed and working as well as ever.

I've been using the AVS suite for a little more than two years now. My publisher required that I use Camtasia for video editing and audio rendition. Both sucked, in spite of their high price. Working with them was twice as difficult. So I did everything in AVS Video Editor and Audio Editor, then imported the results into Camtasia and output the file. They never knew the difference and I never told them. Last week, I had to rebuild my system and used a different OS. Naturally, the license key didn't work, so I contacted support. 24 hours later, no questions asked, I had a reactivated license key and now I'm back to work on my next project. In about six weeks, I'll import the files into Camtasia create the final file.

I have used many others but now that have been so dependable at doing the project may not have bells and whistles of Nero but when i had reload to hard drive failures or when building a new unit support staff was right there to help and weren't happy till i was satisfied that kind of service is worth gold it is nice to have free things at times but if you want to feel the confidence of your software paying the subscription fees is so totally worth it you can't beat the support when you need it

I dunno about telling the whole world, but there are some who would be interested in the site.

I installed AVS4YOU some four years ago. All programs I downloaded worked perfectly, and continue to work, despite the fact that I fiddle and tweak programs constantly, tending to mess up my computer. For no extra fees, I have downloaded additional AVS programs from time to time, always with good results.

It would be hard to beat the trial periods AVS allows.

AVS is tops in my book.

My experience with the AVS Editor was been a little rough in the beginning. I had some issues with the software when rendering, which however where pretty quickly resolved by the good support AVS has :) Despite of the problems the software now runs smoothly and works perfect for me!
Would've been better if it worked right out of the box, but I guess today with the variety of technology we have it's almost impossible.
