I purchased an "Unlimited License" approximately 9 years ago and this program has worked wonderfully on my last three computers, up until now...
I am no longer allowed to use this program, on my new computer without purchasing a new license. When I purchased this program it was "In good faith" and I was led to believe that I could use this program for "Life". I spent quite a bit of money to have a "lifetime" license to be able to use these products.
Please do not support this company as they should now be considered to have a bad reputation and seem to have become greedy as well. They will not stand behind the customers that they have had for almost a decade and they are refusing to honor their commitment to the customers.
After numerous attempts to resolve this issue with AVS, I give up and will go to another program for my needs. There are free programs that are more useful anyways... cough cough "Handbrake" cough cough!

There is easier and better software to use. I downloaded this software and paid for it on a recommendation but could not use it. I tried to return it and they actually fought with me over it. I put in a paypal claim "item is not as described" because it didn't work properly. PayPal actually decided the case against me. Anyhow because of this software and the decision I am now going to my bank, getting them to refund my money, and I am now deleting my PayPal account and I will NEVER use them again. Their return policy is lies as far as I am concerned.

I purchased your software once. After a couple of years I reinstalled the software and you told me I had to pay again. I think the software is OK so I upgraded to the "Unlimited"... Now it's a couple of years and again I need to reinstall my PC... What? You're asking me to pay again?! ANGERED
I didn't install it on MULTIPLE COMPUTERS - It's the same damned computer.
If you made your software a bit cleverer it would know that. Hmpf!

I will use YouCut Pro on my android device. It's better and they don't give me ball ache everytime I reinstall my phone.

I'm a long time user of this perfect multimedia tools pack and want to say that since I acquired it I install no additional softwares. Before purchasing a lifetime subscription, I visited quite a number of forums to gauge user opinion of Avs4you & other similar packages. I decide on Avs4you because it had everything I needed. After continually using every app is the package for many years now I am happy to recommend the software to anyone, amateur or professional. Avs4you support & help system is excellent & has helped me on a number of occasions, especially with re-installs after windows upgrades and registration details for re-activation.

I think AVS is vital for students. No matter what difficulties or faults I meet they always respond in easy-to-do instructions so even the computer illiterate may perform. I really appreciate the service.

I have a happily used the software suite for several years. After a major hard drive crash, I lost the software and licensing key, and no longer had the associated account email. After sending a request along with a copy of my original receipt, they sent me another key.

While the one-computer rule seems harsh, it is clearly stated in the agreement. 5-stars if they could clean this up to account for routine system/hard drive events.

The back up team fixed my problem of a failure to update my AVS Software to the latest versions. It was sorted promptly and I am now back using this really useful software. Why do people complain about the license per one computer? You buy an unlimited license for ONE computer! I think that's fair, too many people think they are owed a free lunch every day of the week! You think Microsoft will give you Windows 10 for free because you bought Windows XP 10 years ago? Please be realistic...

It is a great program and it is easy to use. These facts alone make it a worthwhile purchase. However, when you add in the excellent customer service you discover the true value of the company.

I purchased the program several years ago and I have had to contact them three times due to problems with my computer and not the software. Each time they responded quickly and professionally.

If you need this software, buy t!

I bought the unlimited forever license years ago - and it really has been great value! Service is great, software only gets better and better.

No, it's not Photoshop - and it doesn't pretend to be. But for for quick repairs and edits - it's great. Ditto video editing.
The audio editing is also excellent.
As is their document conversion, etc.etc.

I upgraded to the latest package level from a version purchased in 2007. They recognized my past loyalty and provided a discount to an already very competitively priced product. The packaged 11 tools are just outstanding and well worth price. It installs smoothly without a glitch. The user interfaces are wonderful and easy. The functions are powerful but not too complex. It doe not contain any bloatware or viruses. It does the job! Their web-site only support mechanism is the best. It's correct, that you can not call or email them, but instead they've instituted a procedure where you sign into your own account and obtain all the assistance you would likely ever need via an electronic form that is answered promptly. I highly recommend the product and their team of true professionals. Well Done!

Great programs but beyond that, the Staff is excellent. Fast responses to requests for support. I wouldn't be without their entire line of programs. I purchased the unlimited license several years ago and it was a great investment. All their programs are very intuitive, if you can find the on switch on your computer you'll have no problem using them... Totally satisfied... Don
