My 11-year old loves hanging out with his friends and he's almost always not home. One of the apps I installed was Auto Forward. I chose this among all the monitoring apps I've searched for online because their GPS location tracking and geofencing features sounded promising. After 2 months of use, I can now verify their claims. I get regular updates on my son's location and get notified every time he's within the areas I've set. Thanks to Auto Forward I get to monitor exactly where my son is hanging out.
I bought this app because it states you don't need access to the other phone, but you do. I tried to get my money refunded back and that never happened either. You can only email them and they reply back stating they have refunded your money but it never shows up on my card. Recommended to use a different provider!

I read through a few reviews on another site. Saw auto forward on Top 5. Decided to buy the $29.99 plan. Worst Decision Ever! I immediately got an email showing I was charged $89. I didn't sign up for $89 anything! Lots of hidden fees. DON'T BUY. I emailed them immediately but it looks like from these reviews, that means nothing.
When you first read about it, they say that you don't have to physically have access to the target phone. After you pay your hundred plus dollars and you get the instructions you find out that you DO need to have access to it because you have to send a link via text to it and download it into the target phone. Then when you try to get your money back they just give you the run around until you give up. I wish I could give the negative stars, because they would get -5!
Missing most of the text messages. It is hit or miss as far as phone calls and texts. I have verified several missing messages and a few phone calls. No one answers the customer service phone number. All technical inquiries must be done through email. Android users: YOU MUST have the target phone! If you do not have access to the target phone don't waste your money.
Also, the phone number is all you get. You will not know who is sending the text. You have to buy a subscription to Kiwi in order to do a phone number lookup. Not worth the money.
I give them a zero. I did not want there services but they took $89.97 from my bank account and will not give me my money. I have several emails stating I would get my refund and still nothing. One year extended warranty that I did not ask nor was told had to be purchased another $30. Lots of hidden fees. A total of $130 for use whatsoever. There isn't a person to answer their phones You get transfer to voicemail always. Their return policy is 14 Days and it covers every legitimate reasonable consequence from the purchase. Nowhere in the description says you need the consent of the owner of the targeted Device. Autoforward also has to be downloaded on the targeted device. I purchased the 69.99 plan January 3 and after purchasing was prompted to go to email to retrieve a code upon finding no email tried to return to site to request another be sent bit was unable to return to sight have sent emails asking for this issue to be resolved and out of the numourous I've sent I received one informing me it was being looked into the only phone number given is recording prompting you to choice refund cancellation or technical support which neither is help as it just has you send email. I purchased auto forward with the advertised understanding you dont need the target phone. 10 minutes later the instructions arrived via email. With instructions stating you DO need the target phone I cancelled my order... back in November! I have two emails confirming they will refund my money but have not to date! Thieves...

Don't waste your money on this app and its useless online support that you actually pay for. Didn't work on my son's iPhone XR. Only showed photos and videos on the dashboard but never SMS text messages or anything else. Deleted and reloaded several times as suggested by online support (which is emails back and forth) and it still didn't work as expected. I asked for a refund ($129.67) and told 4 times after follow up I was getting a refund and a tracer was sent but still no refund. They have just stopped responding to my requests for a refund over the last 3 months. Don't waste your time or money on this.
