I've been looking for an affordable way to monitor my kids even when I'm at work. I've tried two other apps with amazing features but because of the hidden costs, they're just not worth it. Good thing I've come across Auto Forward, a reliable spy app that offers one-time payment only. I've started with their $29.99 plan then eventually switched to their $69.99 to get access to all advanced features. There are absolutely no hidden charges or additional costs, and I definitely get a lot more than what I pay for.

I have check out several software for tracking you phone and text message for the Phone and we brought and tested this software and it's a total Rip Off! They know that the software is not working like it should work and when you try and get your refund back in the 14 days they keep answering you but keep doing that till the 14 days are gone. Then they shoot you there refund policy. Please don't waste you money on this software
Also the software is suppose to be for $69.99 Dollars and they make it look like you are suppose to buy the Extended Download Warranty and a Live 1 on 1 Telephone support which total package was $129.97 dollars.
I never was able to do a live one on one with them.
Also if you check them out on the BBB they have a F Grade. Wish i would have gone down that road First and i would never have fell for their software.
As you can see the software will get the some photos but NO Text messages from any of the social Media Sites.

I've tried calling to ask some important questions about their service and all I get is a recording saying if you are trying to cancel go to website and cancel. If you are having technical issues, go to website. There are no live people to speak with. Very Suspicious.

Does Not Deliver

App is visible to all. One has to physically download this app to the phone they want to be monitored and the app icon cannot be hidden. Useless for teenagers who don't want to be monitored because they can simply uninstall it. Also, only showed call logs but wanted me to pay to get the names associated with the numbers from the call logs! No social media, texts, or pictures were ever provided. Lastly, the app is not user friendly and there is zero customer service assistance. Definitely not worth the $129. Steer clear because this app does NOT deliver.

Waited 3 months for a refund. I was charged $159 when the add said $6.99. I finally contacted the better business bureau. And got a refund within a few weeks...

This app does not update in real time. Or even every few hours. I tested it with my daughters phone. 15 of the 22 text messages came through within 24 hours. 0 of the 5 deleted messages came though. 0 of the 5 photos taken came though. The location was not very accurate. Was within a half mile but that is not acceptable when the phone didnt move for 5 hours. I tested it for 3 days then asked for a refund. That was 3 weeks ago. I have 3 emails telling me they are processing the refund and it will take 3-5 days but still nothing 21 days later. My opinion is this company is an over seas company using a NY address and selling American consumers a shady product.

SCAM! Clearly states online you do not physically need the target phone to download. They charged me $129.97. I was emailed confirmation by 2 company representatives that refund was confirmed. Zero refund. Absolute SCAM! Do not use.

Buyer Beware
June 24, 2021

Tried to download app., which did not take to my phone. In addition, they somehow added an additional $30 "Premium Support Package" fee which i did not request. I immediately requested a refund, within an hour, and every week for 6 weeks was told it was "on the way". After that, they went ghost and will no longer reply to my emails. Do not attempt to call, because there is no customer service via phone. Spoke to my credit card company, but now the 60 day window for disputes is closed. That is why they kept telling me for 6 weeks "the check is in the mail" to drag this out lol. They are very nice via email in lying that your refund is on the way. Very unprofessional in tacking on additional non-requested services/fees, lying about receiving a refund, and now unresponsive. Read their refund policy "fine print" before purchase, because all of this appears to be in their policy of doing business. Don't let them cheat you out of $100 as well. I did not receive their product for payment.

I canceled and still have not seen a refund after many email discussions. It has been two months. Now it has been a couple of weeks since the last email and no response has been returned. Don't waste your money

I purchased this app with the extra support final cost $129 and change. I was unable to even install this app so it was never activated. I asked for a refund and was told it would be there within four business days that was a month ago. The toll free customer service number is a robot directing you to a customer support email address. I did get a response saying that there was a delay in their processing and that my refund was on the way. After another week of that they told me that my refund had been turned over to a refund supervisor to which I have had no refund and no response. It is impossible to actually talk to a real representative this is a scam they will take your money and not refund it as they promise stay far far away from this program

I purchased their autoforward software after reading that you do not need to have the phone in your possession. As soon as they sent the instructions, that proved to be a lie. So I immediately requested a refund. This was May 7th 2021. Margaux Johnsons and Fran Ferrara promised several times that it would be sent ($129.97) to me. Here we are a month later, and STILL NO REFUND. These people are scammers. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

False advertising

I purchased autoforward with the understanding that it was a no contact spy application for Android. Meaning, I did not have to have access to the other phone. By morning the very next day I had realized that was a lie. I immediately contacted them and requested my refund. The lady said no problem it will be back in your account in a few business working days. It's been three months and I still have not received my refund of $89.00 and sum change. Now I'm havening difficulties contacting anyone bout my refund. If anyone can help me with contacting this company please email me at *******@gmail.com. Thank you

I brought the service and tried it out. I went through the steps of install but couldn't retrieve any of my spouse texts. Just her contact list. So I was disappointed, I requested an refund bc it was within the refund timeframe. Still haven't received my refund. I don't recommend this service bc it doesn't work like it says and you have problems getting your money back. I had an Android phone.

Tracking without nagging

I am one of those parents who wants to know where their kids are at all times. At the same time though, I also want them to explore the world without having to worry about my constant nagging about their whereabouts. A friend of mine told me to just track their phones, which are constantly in their possession anyway. I gave Auto Forward a try and true enough, I could see their location whenever I wanted to. Even more amazing is the Geofencing feature which actually alerts me whenever they cross state lines (or whatever place I set). Auto Forward has given me peace of mind by allowing me to keep tabs on my kids without being a nagging Mom.

I paid them before reading you had to get your hands on the other device or phone. Which was impossible for me being that ny husband was working out of town so I never even downloaded or anything. The only way to contact then is through email. There is not. Live person. They admitted to taking ny money, but have been telling me for a month now that they would make sure ny money was back in ny bank and they still have not. I cant belive this is how there running this.
