Bought this bulllsihit app. Just fo realize it does.not work at all. Once they get your money all they have is automated eamils. Feeding you full of $#*! about getting your refund but you never do... please someone take this web site down. They are liars scamming people out of money.
They lie you do need access to your target phone. They falsely advertise that you dont need access but once you pay them, all of a sudden you must be able to access the target. Totally bogus!
Downloaded and all it shows is the messages in my phone. It showed a number as the sender and the target number as the receiver but the messages displayed were the ones in my phone
I purchased this app mainly to keep an eye on my teenage daughter who is a new driver. The GPS WAS NOT ACCURATE. The GPS is a very important feature of the app that I wanted. I contacted customer service via email and was told I would get a refund but I never received it. I emailed auto forward several times in reference to my refund and they will not return my emails. This is very bad buisness.
This app is not reliable. It's definitely not worth the money. It doesn't do all the functions it's supposed to and it takes over 24 hours to start logging info. Poor design.
I usually read reviews before buying any product but I made a mistake of not doing so with them. I'll give this app a zero star if it was an option. They double charged my account(photo included). The app itself was completely useless.
They state that you can get a full refund within 14 days. I asked for mine on the 4 th day which was early July. They've been "refunding" my money since then but I haven't received it. Last I heard from them was July 21 st saying the money will be refunded within 3 days and had a "tracking number" to make sure it got to me. No word or refund on August 10th so I wrote another follow up email to them. 6 days later and still no sign of my money, or a word from them.
They don't have a number where you can talk to a real person, and I had requested for this as going back and forth via email is tedious.

I decided to download this app after reading mixed reviews But because it was on top 5 at a reasonable price I went for it! Don't waste your money or time! I never got anything from this app, the entire time it said 0 logs and you can't call customer service, it back and forth emailing without any help or results. I e asked for a refund and it's past a week and still nothing. They stole my money! I've asked several times to please call me and they ignore and respond with a no help email. Don't buy it!
Hello everyone! After writing my review of the company, someone did contact me. I was asked to submit images, same ones in my review so that the company could look them over. Maybe a week or so later, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a full refund. As of today August 5,2020 I haven't received anything yet. I lost so much money with several other websites that I tried local white hat hackers to no avail. I eventually gave up. If you have the patience and funds I would say continue to search but before making a purchase, research the company and definitely check reviews and better business bureau or scam.com. I purchased this to the tune of $129. I only purchased because on its website it says you don't need physical access to the device. As soon as I purchased and opened up the link to download, it said you must have physical access to the device to install the link on. I sent a refund request but no response. This site needs to be taken down ASAP.

I'm giving everyone a warning about these people, I bought there product for $69.99. The product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. On June 13,2020 I was told it would take 4 to 6 business days, I still don't have my refund. I was told they put a tracker on my refund, but it doesn't make sense because they don't have my mailing address. They advertise a refund, but jerk you around instead of telling people the truth, there is no refund. I will be turning them over to the better business bureau after I let my attorney get ahold of these con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.
This app is all waste of money and time not useful as describe online. With this i was told to jailbreak yet after jailbreak this fails to work. I tried on multiple devices yets not working.
Doesn't show deleted or hidden text messages. Gps has lapses in time making it difficult to track in entirety. Was not what I had hoped it was. Disappointed.

I purchased their software for $69 which advertised to monitor many social media sites, phone calls, texts, gps location and much more. The site advertises like the phone that will be monitored will never know they are being monitored which is a lie. You must have the phone in your possession you want to monitor & download the app & then give it permission to monitor the phone & the app remains on the phone so it can be seen by the owner. The software on both the phone I want to monitor & my phone are compatible with the software advertised on their website. I download the app on my sons phone & make phone calls, texts, search the internet, etc. and none of the activity shows up on the control panel monitoring. The only thing that is showing up is the pictures on his phone. I did not pay $69 to only be able to see his pictures. After reading the comments below it looks like this company is probably a criminal industry. In the line of work I'm in we prosecute companies like this all the time. They set up & scam people out of their money. The only way the FBI will start to investigate is if everyone files a complaint with the BBBA & FTC.gov. If enough people bring the same complaints the FBI will take them down. I should have researched them better before I purchased their software. I contacted them & requested a refund & they would be glad to help me with my software issue. But they didn't ask for a phone number to call me. I hope this review helps someone else before they make the mistake of giving these criminals their money.

I had contacting the with in 24 hours of buying the soft wear and it would not work. I have been trying for 7 days now to get my money back and its like they are refusing to give it back to me. They said 4-6 business days and it would be back in my account. And guess what its not. I will not ever suggest this to anyone. Do NOT do it. Its not worth it.
I truly believe anyone who rates this higher than a 1 is in their corporate office. I downloaded on my IPhone and it did work. I need a day to tell you of the messages and re-routes the site gave me. Then within 15 minutes, I requested a refund. I tried another phone and paid again (believing I would receive a refund for the first download). The exact same thing happened. I then immediately requested a refund on from the second phone (device). I received an email on 05/14/2020 saying I would get an refund within 4 - 7 business days. I have not received it. I called a recorded message stated how to request a refund. That was bogus. Now I am being ignored all together. I had to file a complaint with my bank and allow them to get involved before I received a refund. They had to just take the money back. Do not buy from these people.
Yep, some of us don't learn or didn't find out until too late. Not doing research before making a purchase. I have spent over $250 for multiple app and none of them except for Snoopza. Snoopza work perfectly for about 24 hrs then it just stopped. I have not been able to contact support too as all these companies are scam.
I bought Auto-Forward to keep tabs on my teen daughter. I installed the app on her phone. It pulled in her contacts, but not the phone numbers. It won't give me any other information. No texts, no snapchat, no Instagram, no pictures, etc.
Also, the app will still show up on her phone with no way to hide it. What good does spyware do if the person being spied on knows about it? See screenshot attached.
Another complaint is that there is no way to talk to a customer service rep. All CS is done by email. Very misleading advertising!
I paid $70 for the extra features and have been able to access absolutely nothing. It is a joke and don't expect to get a refund. They will not give you one.
