My phone was smashed when I dropped it on hard concrete. The front, back, and camera lens were all cracked. My techs, Bill and Ibrahima, at Bethesda UBreakIFix simply and easily referenced my Asurion claim number that I had filed with Asurion online and expertly fixed my cell phone with no additional cost. My insurance the last three years was well worth it. My Samsung phone looks and acts like new!
It was good. Definitely recommend! I got my screen fixed after it being cracked and the process was quick. The gentlemen said it would be done in 30mins or more but literally he was done in 20mins.

I cracked the screen on my phone and when i needed to replace the screen I made a claim via Asurion, which took about 5 minutes, and got my claim number. I took the claim number and my phone to UBreakIFix and within an hour I had a new screen on my phone and was on my way. I cannot let you know how easy this was and how happy I am to have my phone back and in working order.
I called Asurion to make a claim about a cracked screen, and because the claim was sent to wrong repair shop. I had to pay out of pocket unfortunately it is not very clear that you are to call ATT to make a claim and then they make the claim for you. I was not aware of this until I had to pay the repair bill at repair shop to get my phone back. I then called Asurion, and they told me I had to call ATT and make a claim. Just confusing, since then I have received a new phone, but I have not received my out of pocket money back and am not sure if I will it appears not.
Very friendly fast and solved my issue! I called when I got my replacement iPad and was having trouble connecting it to the line! Fixed the issue fast and everything works great as it should
Love how awesome they were when needing help with my son's phone. The costumer service have been amazing, outstanding, and outgoing through it all. They have great service on making a costumer day joyful and full of laughter. We need more people like them around to better assist costumers.

We had an iPhone 15 with a broken screen that was completely off. When I submitted a claim to Asurion, I had two easy options presented and chose to take the phone to an authorized repair facility. I was in and out of that store in an hour with a completely replaced screen and purchased a new screen protector on the store as well. The staff was super fiendly and knew their stuff. I'm very satisfied with the outstanding service we received!
Mr. Phillip did a great job! It was later in the day very cold and he showed up got to work and was done fixing my phone in 15 minutes. I can't thank him enough. It's usually a hassle getting your phone fixed but not anymore. I set up an appointment he drove to me and fixed it where he was parked and I watched the entire process. I was very impresssed.
Att can't get a better company to insure our safety of our phones I advise everyone when you buy a new phone please get the insurance that they offer, I thought I would never use it but when I did they made it so easy!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
