AVOID. I made a black friday order of nearly £300, they took my money, computer system "lost' the order and asos customer service said there was nothing they could do apart from refund me 10 days later.
Shame on you asos, you should have honoured the order or provided some sort of goodwill/discount.

Asos uses a service called APG to ship to Israel.
They decided themselves what are the taxes I should pay before the item has arrived the country of destination. After speaking with the local customs, i was informed that this is illegal, as I should get and invoice explaining what i'm paying for, and this could only be done once the item has arrived by the local customs.
A total scam. They are trying to charge an amount disguised by "taxes".
I ordered a pair of Vans shoes from you ASOS last week... my first time shopping this company... AND I received a size 8 versus my order of a 9.5 (not a great first impression due to the obvious annoyance). Can they exchange?- No. Are they going to compensate me for the inconveniences? = No, nothing beyond my refund 10 days later (less shipping cost!?!). One hour later chatting with their "customer service" and I got absolutely nowhere. I suppose it makes sense now that ASOS does not have a customer review option.
Promotion was free shipping when you order two pairs of jeans which we did then had to pay for shipping when collecting from post office. Jeans did not fit then we had to pay again for shipping. Still waiting for refund. Their website has no links to monitor debits or credits. Customer service non existent.

This evil company sent me a hideous pair of running shoes (nikes) which I did not order. I got nailed with huge import fees, and now they wont return my money. I sent back the shoes on Dec 2, its now mid Jan and no one will answer my messages. This so-called company is an enormous rip off. Criminal.
I advise people from Canada not to order with them, they advertise free shipping and easy returns but will charge you for shipping plus charges upon receiving the order from Canada Post and if item is damaged or faulty, they will definitely charge you for shipping back items. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer care and worst after sales policies.
This Online Store needs to get Closed, I was expecting a refund and the (customer representative told me I would receive an email confirmation for my refund today for almost $350 on, November 30. I was checking my emails (nothing) I have been trying to reach the customer service representatives and they won't respond to my emails or chat all day. I went to the site to check if theyr was any refund confirmation and i found out that asos has blocked my account! 350$! But for theyr bad Luck i wasn't born yesterday i will get my money back i promise. Asos "glitch" lost my order. I'd reorder, but my original order had a discount code, that expired on the date of my order. After a multitude of e mail. Still no discount code. All I've gotten is lip service. I've been a great customer... more than 30 orders this year. I'm truly disappointed but you leave me no choice but to just plain quit buying from asos. Horrible horrible, utterly disappointing. I cancelled my order, within 20 mins of ordering, cancel order button was there. I emailed and messaged customer care immediately and they said it will be cancelled but now I hear it's not. I would never have placed another order of the same item if I knew ASOS does not follow its own policies but expects customers to adhere to it. I don't want my order and want full refund, also don't want to pay for return shipping or go and do the returns during Covid lockdown. If the policies are not to be followed by ASOS then please don't put it in your FAQ or change them, don't fool customers. I am never ordering from ASOS again after this disappointment. Also deleting the app and unfollowing on all social media accounts. I know one person would not make a difference but I will ensue ppl hear of how bad your service is.
Ordered a pair of earrings off of this website expecting it to arrive in less than a week. I contacted customer service after tracking my shipment online two days after its due delivery date only to find out that the warehouse hadn't even been notified of the shipment. I was only offered a reorder of the product which would take two weeks to deliver or a refund which would take a week. Complete disappointment as this order was meant to be a birthday present. Dont waste your money and regret it! Terrible customer service! The worst experience from Asos ever! I did not believe people's reviews, apparently everyone was right. They will ignore ur follow up emails. Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it was rescheduled till next month!
The context was I bought that items and waited for delivery for weeks. The deliveries were delayed again and again and I had to wait for so long for the items. The customer service provider was really disappointing because not only I did not get my items in the end, my items were returned without my knowledge. There was no further update after 12 November on the delivery status of my items. I had to reach out on my own to your customer service to find out what is the status of my items. I was then told to contact the delivery service man in Singapore on my own without any help from your customer service. Furthermore the information provided on the live chat and Facebook messenger a completely different and not updated real time. I was frustrated because I was told that I will be refunded and I had to wait for another 21 days after having one hour inefficient live chat with customer service? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NEVER COME BACK.

I went on their website to create a return label and ASOS never emailed me the return slip. This happened to me for the second time. I purchased from them again thinking it was just a glitch. But it happened again. And it took me moving heaven and earth from their customer service to email me a return label. I think this is purposely done to deter customers from making returns! Buyer beware, I made a complaint with the BBB and will never shop from this fraudulent retailer again!

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
