Horrible customer service you can't even find an email address on their site to get in touch, everything is virtual and when the rep has had enough they end the chat. I purchased a jacket and a necklace back in October the quality was cheap and full of pulled threads AND I had to pay an extra $15 in duty upon arrival so my $77 order is now $92, I returned everything at another cost to me of $22.40 order is now $115. Talked to a virtual assistant said they never received my return, I gave them the tracking number and she agreed to refund my $77 but when I asked about the additional $37 in duties and return costs the chat all of a sudden ended. BUYER BEWARE
Their 'free return' policy is bogus and they false advertise. Only if your item is cancelled or defect will the return delivery charge be 'free'. Such false advertisement shouldn't be permitted.
Nice selection, but the way they send your stuff is horrible. Don't count on customer service. Bad! Every single item is mostly sent in cheap bag, arrives damaged. You cannot reorder. Make up exploded in last packaging damaging the rest of the items, plus my carpet at home. Other items lost, not delivered. Worst service ever. 40 minutes in chat after chat with always same ending about being contacted some day via email. Put your act together asos people.

I ordered goods at the end of June, omitting details Pony Express made a mistake with my personnel ID's which cost me problems with Russian custom and regret from them to let the package in the country. Then Pony Express and Asos both began to accuse me and send, one to the store, one to the carrier. And now it's over a 4 month without goods and my money. The delivery lays at the Pony Express warehouse without movement from 29 aug. All permissible terms according to Russian laws and according to British ones are violated. Asos is a big company and I understand that fighting with them hardly possible. But I will telling the truth about them in any possible way. I just want all the current customers and especially potentional customers to think not twice but 10 times before having deal with Asos and Pony Express this couple is absolutely not client oriented. I order, well, use to order, clothes and shoes all the time from ASOS. My last order was missing two jackets, over $150. Sometimes things get split, ok. Gave it a week, nothing. I had accidentally entered the wrong address for my order and they will not let you change that once the order is placed. You also aren't allowed to cancel the order after a specified time. I did not realize this and tried to tell customer service and the response was either hope they mail it back to asos or GO TO THE STRANGE ADDRESS AND HOPE THEY LET ME HAVE MY PACKAGE. Yes a customer service representative actually told me that this was an option that I had. That is wildly unsafe advice and this representative should be fired. Never order from a site that won't let you cancel the order. That's robbery.
Asos is like H&M, but with more flare and better discounts. MUCH MORE student friendly than any other site comparable to what they specialize in. Still, it's a hit or miss with asos. You could either get something that is fabulous and has perfect quality. Or get some abysmal fabric that sits on you like a convict suit. That's the beauty of asos. You have to really know what they fabric is made of: not just how it appears on photo.

Once you place an order, they can just change the photo online of the item you ordered and send you something completely different from what was offered. Customer service is not helpful at all. Do not shop here.!
I paid extra for premium delivery which guarantees orders arrive the next day. Of my first three orders one arrived on time, two arrived more than two days late. My fourth order, placed on Tuesday, still hasn't arrived now, Saturday, despite being guaranteed to deliver on Wednesday. Hermes have lost the parcel and ASOS can't and won't do a thing. I have emailed them and tweeted them five times and I've been ignored every time. I've also messaged Hermes and they've ignored me too.
The last communication I had was from Hermes saying "Sorry we can't deliver your parcel today". That was it. Hilarious.
If you think it's faster to buy from ASOS than anywhere else, you're sorely mistaken.

I love European clothing styles and considering I am one I wanted to give it a try and ordered $100 worth of clothes.
The sizes I ordered fitted perfectly and the quality was okay for the price paid. I didn't expect it to be any better and was very happy with it. The product was the same as advertised.
The shipping took about 10 days or so. I am very happy with what I ordered and will buy from here again.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
