The worst customer service ever! After spending over $10K in appliances and receiving a missing and a broken part they only offered me $75 store credit to fix the problem. Not even offer to send me replacement part! Their excuse was that I called 7 months after, which the correct statement should be that I waited 7 months for their reply on my email which included pictures of the broken appliance. They also denied me to talk to a manager to fix this issue. Would NEVER EVER by from them again.
Bought a used washer and dryer 700$ both broke within 25 days they would not give my money back or store credit told me had to wait 7 day for a repair man to come to my house to fix my advice to anyone buying any appliance go somewhere else poor management skills and poor customer service

My family and I are extremely pleased with our purchase from Appliances Connection. We bought Kitchenaid Single Wall Oven, Kitchenaid French Door Refrigerator, Kitchenaid 30Built-In Convection Microwave, Kitchenaid Electric Cooktop with 5 Radiant Elements, and Kirchenaid Architect II dishwasher to accompany our kitchen remodel. We love our new appliances! The convection microwave is great!. It came with wonderful accessories and we have been having fun cooking different things such as steaming vegetables with the steam feature. The convection oven is amazing and cooks everything evenly, I also have to option of cooking without the convection setting. The refrigerator is a definite improvement from our previous frig. There is so much more space! And the water tasted delicious! The dishwasher works wonderfully as well, you cannot even hear when it's on. The cooktop is awesome! We installed it in our island and it truly is a work of art. We were fortunate to purchase all of these Kitchenaid appliances from Appliances Connection at a fraction of the price at local retailers. Seriously, discounted price, no shipping charge, and no tax the deal was amazing. The appliances all arrived in a timely manner and perfect condition. I have to say we were impressed. We will definitely be using Appliancesconnection in the future.

Would NOT recommend using Appliances Connection -- if your experience is like ours, you will be frustrated, upset, and left with a poorly-installed, faulty appliance.
We ordered a Miele dishwasher online through Appliances Connection and paid for installation. The dishwasher was installed, but faulty -- it tipped forwards, the drawers rolled out, it leaked into our adjacent cabinet. We requested reinstallation -- and the same two installers came out, ineptly tried to fix it, and left -- and the dishwasher door now will not remain open (it slams shut), and it is installed crooked. We contacted Appliances Connection, but they have not been helpful in remedying this frustrating situation.

I have contacted them about 2 damaged appliances. They have not responded about broken appliances. Respond. They did respond, they offered me different replacements. I asked for the exact one that I originally ordered. I have not received this replacement yet. I am still waiting. I was made to pay for the new (replacement) and they said when they do deliver they will take the damaged item and when it is received they will refund my money. They did give me a 10 year limited warranty on the damaged fridge. I am still waiting for them to deliver the replacement (says in stock and ready to ship) on their website. I still have no tracking info. I still would not recommend this company.

The dryer quit working after a month and I was told I could pay the freight to send it from AZ to NY to get it replaced. They only warranty for a month.
Their team stated they would get back to me in an email and not to call again. I have not heard from them since.
So they will not repair or replace your purchase if it fails after 30 days. Nor will they even get back to you.
They are bot registered w the Better Business Bureau so you cannot file a complaint. Unless you have over a $1,000 to waste go to Home Depot bc they will actually stand by their products and company name.

I get that there are freezer and refrigerator delays due to COVID. I don't get the online status that says a bunch are in stock and ready to go when that's not true. What I really don't get is the weeks of lies, both written and by phone, regarding my order status. Promised callbacks never happened. Promised dates never happened. One or two I could see, but after 3 months it can't just be an accident. Please help businesses like this learn to treat people better by taking your business elsewhere.

We have been dealing with them on a missing piece since the beginning of October. The shipper said 2 pieces were delivered. We contacted them immediately then we contacted Appliances Connection. Appliances Connection said sometimes 2 pcs come on one crate. We sent them the video of us opening the crate. 1 Piece. They said we had to cancel the claim with the shipper so they could start a new one. Todays response was per POD it was delivered. So we are back to square one. We've tried contacting shipper, Appliances Connection and the Appliance Connection credit card, but are getting nowhere. It was a special deal and we had to purchase the item elsewhere for an additional $800 to finish the home.

Stay away! It's not worth the $50-100 savings. You buy here, they use a trucking company that sent deliverers instead of installers. Took 3 months to have the range delivered, it was damaged, the delivery company couldn't install it, took a month to get money back, the drawer once we installed it was bent, took another 3 weeks to receive a new drawer. STAY AWAY!

I originally purchased a dryer, an installation kit, and white glove delivery service. Issue #1 was immediate. The website stated they could deliver the items in 8 days everywhere I read until I 'confirm order'. Immediately after placing my order I received an e-mail that the delivery would be delayed 2 weeks due to COVID (photo provided as proof). If they were aware of delivery delays they should've stated so on the website. After 22 days I received a phone call 1 hour before my delivery window that the tracking information had been incorrect and my delivery was delayed indefinitely. After another 5 days my delivery was rescheduled for the next day. On the day of the delivery the service was terrible. The delivery drivers were contracted out by Appliances Connection and they used that as their excuse for everything. They did not have the installation kit, they had no idea they were supposed to have one, and they had no idea they were supposed to help with installation. According to them, the only thing they were required to do to provide a $60 white glove service was to unbox the dryer. They never explained why the installation kit was missing and tried to pressure me into signing a form that said everything was delivered as expected. Instead of signing like they asked I detailed all of the missing items to protect myself. When I called Appliances Connection they also had no explanation for why the installation kit was missing. They suggested I just buy the missing pieces at a local retailer and ask for a refund, which I did. Unfortunately they never actually processed said refund and I ended up having to call back twice to get them to actually initiate the refund. According to Appliances Connection, the refund was delayed because they needed confirmation from the shipping company that they didn't actually deliver the item(s). The dryer works fine now that I've installed it myself, but I am still waiting on the refund that I am owed by Appliances Connection 3 weeks after they 'installed' my dryer. They were unwilling to process a refund for the white glove service because the delivery drivers did open the box. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it was a poor experience the whole way through.

I am regretting using this company and not going local. I get HUNG UP ON every time I try and contact customer service. The delivery was three weeks later than expecting, contacting them was a nightmare, and now my expensive Miele dishwasher doesn't function after two weeks of use. Luckily, we paid for the warranty, and I will be returning my dishwasher immediately if I ever get a hold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO LOCAL INSTEAD.

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. The appliances here cost more then major retailers like home depot or pcrichard and I was willing to pay it since the business is local and they promised me early delivery but I was sadly wrong. I spent the whole day off work waiting for my delivery because they told me it was coming just to find out at the end of the day, THEY DID NOT PUT THE ORDER IN THE TRUCK. There is no organization with reaching someone one person tells you one thing and another telling me another all at the end being LIED too. If you are going to spend $300+ for a piece of equipment that you want to last and need DO NOT SHOP HERE! I recommend the big retailers because they are cheaper and keep their word.

Today, I purchased a high end microwave. With each encounter the customer service employees have been kind, knowledgable, and efficient. I ordered two complete sets of kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range) for a total of approximately $24k. I confirmed before I purchased that some of the items were in stock and would ship immediately. All lies. They are horrific. If you can reach them on the phone, they spin lies that offer encouragement that my merchandise would ship shortly. Lies. This has been the most frustrating purchasing experience I've ever made. I have spent countless hours on hold and they consistently give me the run-around. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a set of coin operated washer and dryers. The original cost out the door was around $2400. I placed the order on Sep 5 2020. I checked on the order weekly. I sent in a Ticket as to the status on Sep 11 and received a confirmation that it will arrive next week. I never received any tracking number. On 9/18 I did another ticket. They respond on 9/24 and said it would be shipping out within 24-48 hours, which it didn't. I called in and they said they couldn't process the order due to the vendor changing the price and would have to increase the amount over $1000. Never did they offer to honor the original price which is false advertising. I asked why they told me it had shipped when in fact it hadn't. They stated the person who told me that was no longer with their company. After a month and a half the order finally shipped on 10/13. It arrived 10/19 with a 10 min advanced notice of delivery. I was at work and wasn't able to get to the house before the company dropped it off. That's not the end of this unfortunately. I opened the box and found no coin slide and coin box on either. I looked online and it doesn't say anything on the main description as to these items being separate. So I again had to order these from the same company. I would have ordered from another company, however they removed all identification information off of the coin slide and box to force you to order from them and not any other company. Here I am again. I ordered them on 11/13 and they said they shipped on 11/16. I have a tracking number and its says shipped but no eta. I called on 12/2 they said something was wrong and would have to call their warehouse to find out what's going on and would call me later that week. No call of course. I called again today spoke with a gentlemen named Tre. He said he would find out what happened and call me back within 48 hrs, so will see. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
