I recently purchased a Range from AppliancesConnection as a Christmas present for a family member and this is the second time I have ordered an appliance from them. Both times the transaction went very smoothly. The items were shipped quickly and arrived with 0 damage to either unit. They carry pretty much any brand you could want and their site is up to date with stock and availability and also information on the items as well as any rebates available. The best part of all is that I saved a ton of money. I will order any large appliance I will ever need in the future from this site and recommend it to anyone I can. They also give you points from your purchases to go towards money off on future purchases. This was a great find for appliances and the delivery guys were courteous and patient as they let me check the items for any damage.
DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY. I would also give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and can't do anything right. The manager that I spoke to Celia is worse - I'm not sure what she's managing.
Shipped to wrong address twice. The first time was my fault. The second was not. Celia was supposed to reschedule the third delivery - the order still isn't scheduled. Customer service keeps "dropping" my call.
I purchased because they had best priced warranty, but because their customer service is so terrible, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I tried to return rather than get it delivered and they tried to charge me a shipping fee. Find another company - the extra hundred dollars isn't worth it.
Also, if you ask to speak with a manager the customer service agent lies and tells you that they are a manager.

Four months later, still no Viking range (estimated 3 week delivery) and nothing but the runaround and delays over and over. I DID finally (6 weeks shipping an "in stock item", people!) receive my Viking dishwasher and it was crushed beyond repair. Had to refuse delivery at the door and order locally starting the waiting process again.
Do you yourselves a favor. Spend the little extra and buy from a local business.
On the positive, they did refund my cost on the dishwasher. The range and downdraft system are still "pending" on my card. Good times.

"I ordered from appliances connection.com because of their affiliation with Rakuten and because they had the specific product we were looking for. I received a timely order confirmation. As this item was for a customer I was daily checking the shipping status. There was very poor information available. After a week with NO shipping date available thru my web order portal I called customer service. The CSR was friendly enough, and said "It's going to ship Friday." When I asked if the item was going to be delivered freight or standard carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc) She paused and said, "We don't know". This did not inspire much confidence, and rightfully so, because Friday came and no shipping status changes appeared. I called back the following Monday and was told that it had not shipped and the status was still pending from the supplier. I checked on my order tracking thru the web portal again and it said that the estimated delivery date was 3 weeks from that day. This was unacceptable. I could have gotten this item in 2 days from another Online merchant. Then a few hours later a Tracking confirmation appeared in my email from FedEx. It said delivery was next day, pending receipt of the package from appliances connection.com. It took until Thursday for Fed Ex to receive the package, and it was finally delivered to me on Saturday. We purchase a lot of things online for our clients. This was by far the most obscure and least user friendly experience I have had. It was not worth the cash back from Rakuten. In the end I did receive the product, and it arrived in fine condition, but it was not an experience I would recommend to anyone."

Would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wished I had read the Yelp reviews before I purchased the Freezer online. What a mistake I made. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. So quick to take your money then they disappear- giving you the run around and have you on hold for DAYS. 0 customer service. The multiple customer service calls I finally was able to get someone to answer, before I tried to cancel the order kept telling me that the Freezer was sitting on the dock and it was released to the shipper. I called the shipping company who had the order but was told that Appliance Connection did not have it ready for pickup. This went on for two weeks. Was told by Appliance Connection multiple time that they were looking into it and would get back to me. "DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY" I am now forced to contact BBB, Consumer affairs, my credit card company. Interesting that Danielle S. Business Manager of Appliances Connection has the same exact response for all the bad reviews. She should try and purchase online and see what the experience is really like.

After waiting 3 months for a freezer AC put a hold on purchase funds even though manufacturer wouldn't ship unit for additional 2 months. They told me funds would be charged after unit was in stock and shipped from their warehouse. They lied.

I have bought a few appliances from this company and each came to the door damaged, I bought a TV stand oct 30th 2020 and when fedex delivered it on nov 6th it was damage like they drove over it damaged, So i call the company ''APPLIANCES CONNECTION, AND FILED A THIRD CLAIM ON THE TV STAND, I am sitting here still waiting for the store they buy from to send out the parts that were busted 11/19/2020, I called in today and ask what's going on with the parts I'm waiting for they said their waiting for the company they bought it from to send it out, So i ask when is enough time to say lets send this unit back and get a refund they said they cant help what the company that's not sending the parts out, I get the feeling they don't care and i got a email telling me NOT TO CALL BACK INTO THE STORE AND ASK ABOUT THE UNIT ANY MORE, I should email them they said NOT CALL..

We placed an order in June. It is now November and just received it. I called every month to check progress. The representatives were kind and helpful. Our freezer works great and is exactly what we ordered. Patience was the overriding test. Understandably, they were delayed in shipping since the actual manufacturer couldn't produce enough product to supply to demand. That is no fault of Appliances Connection. We are happy with the purchase and the performance of the employees we were in contact with. The driver with the shipping company was polite and quick. My only issue(4 stars) is that communication should be coming from the company giving an update instead of me having to call every month.

We ordered a microwave and cooktop from this company. The cooktop came in with LP jets instead of natural gas and one knob was scratched. The microwave doesn't work but Appliance Connections will NOT issue a return authorization! Terrible attitude and we are out $275 for a piece of junk with no recourse,

This company does not care about customers. Upon attempting to install my drop in range oven, the 'techs' broke my counter top in two places. After being hung up on numerous times trying to rectify, Appliances connection finally offered $350.00 to rectify the situation which is NOT enough to fix the counter tops. They told us to seek legal action because they aren't going to fix it because the drivers had no paper work. As if it was our responsibility to make the drivers follow their protocol. I am so upset with this company. Please DO NOT USE THEM! I have never dealt with such careless, egotistical, and blatant disrespectful company

After 3 months of waiting on my order I still hadn't received it. They try to get me to get other appliances to replace them and it wasn't going to cost me no more money so once I did they wanted almost 400 more dollars so I canceled my order over a week ago and I've still yet to have my money put back into my account they are thieves Lars and don't have a clue what they are doing someone needs to shut this place down
I purchased a sectional sofa at the end of may 2020. I knew there would be a delay when I ordered. I was given a eta of sometime in August. Here it is mid November and it still hasn't been delivered. It's been pushed back more than 10 different times. Each time it gets close to the eta it's pushed back further. No one will help me and I'm sitting here with no furniture. Do NOT recommend!

They sold me an AC that broke down just after a few weeks. They didn't come up with a solution to fix this, instead they only referred to the manufacturer.
The customer service is superficial and not helpful at all. Dont buy here, they dont take responsibility for the quality of the products they are selling.

It has been a terrible experience dealing with Appliances Connection and I will never purchase from them again. Last year I bought a microwave, and after waiting 4 hours to sign for the delivery they then canceled the delivery. This year I ordered a larger appliance. They delivered the wrong item. The item they sent is the wrong size and I didn't discover that until we tried to have someone install it-- and I still had to pay the installation company for coming out. Now I am trying to work with Appliances Connection to get the correct item delivered, and they have been incredibly slow in trying to fix their mistake. It looks like it will be over a month until I can get the appliance I originally ordered (when I was initially expecting to get it within a week) and I am so disappointed. I recommend staying away from this company.

It's too bad that Appliances Connection offers a warranty. I don't care if it's not their warranty. They offer it so as far as I'm concerned they own it. If your appliance fails don't count on it getting repaired any time soon. Our first repair took six weeks before it got fixed. Now my refrigerator completely died in less than 2 years. I call the warranty company and they want to schedule an appointment five days later. Total BS!

Will not refund for delivery of broken product. Package delivered with damaged product inside. And missing pieces. Customer service said they would arrange pick up by FedEx and refund my money. This never happened now they are making excuses of filing a claim first. Their claim has nothing to do with me and should refund my money. I have not heard from them in two weeks

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
