Their size guide for swimsuits are wrong! I bought a size small and it didn't fit. It seemed like It should be a xxs! Wasted $30!
I was unable to reach customer service representatives on a timely manner. Have to keep calling. Before I finally spoke to one.

I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business or a scam. Over a week ago, I ordered a party dress for a Christmas party. Their website states shipping within 2 days, and I paid for upgraded shipping, expecting to receive by the end of the week. It has now been over a week and I still have NOT received my shipment... furthermore, it still has NOT shipped!
I've placed 4 phone calls to the company, I've never gotten to a real person. I am placed on a 15 minute hold with overly loud on-hold music, then a voice comes onto the line stating that due to excessive phone calls, they are busy helping other callers and my call will be disconnected. Then the phone call disconnects!
I have emailed them several times, only received 2 responses, the rest have been ignored. Both have stated the same thing, Your order is currently being processed.
As your order contains special products through our Expanded Assortment Category, additional processing time will be required.
Your order will leave our warehouse once the special products are fulfilled.
We will send you an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
However, when I placed the order, it never referred to "expanded Assortment Category". Everything states that it will ship in 2 days. I'm now on day 9, still not shipped and they can't even tell me when it will ship!
I strongly suggest you only order from this company if you don't need your clothes anytime soon, and don't ever expect to get an honest straight forward answer from them. They won't!
A very unhappy customer
I always enjoy shopping on this site. I always find more than what I'm looking for. I'm referring my family and friends to this site! It's great!
I was happy with the product but not necessarily the way the product fit. I found they were not true to size and ran kind of small.
Ordered over two hundred dollars of items and was very disappointed with every step of the process! I found the items and the prices very good online, but as soon as I received them I learned the quality was very low. One of the dresses I ordered had been worn. Tags cut off and stains found on dress! I also found a pair for shoes I ordered damaged and not wearable! I was also sent a confirmation on a necklace I never ordered!
I went to the website thinking I could just fill out a form. I had just received the items in the mail (less then 24 hrs.) I found that you could not even find anything on there website giving you instructions on how to exchange or request a refund! I had to Google AMI Club wear returns and was able to find a email address that you email your concern to and they will tell you what to do! WHATTTT anyhow I did and received an email stating I needed to take pictures of each item damaged and prove with a pictures, item number, packaging and product... that I was showing everything I have ordered many times from many companies and will not be returning anytime soon! Not sure if I will get my money back! After sending 25 pictures of everything we will see

I have been looking for boots like the ones I ordered for sometime. I love them, and they arrived quickly!
At first i was panicking that will i get the product in time. But when i ordered after that they delivered in time and quality products
Cheap shoes... shoes came on time. All shoes where there, but shoe size are wrong. Brought 8 pair of shoes but only 4 are actually true to size.
One pair of my shoes stated one size on the box and another size was in the box. Two other pairs were too small for the size ordered.
My dress looked nothing like the picture in the picture it was all black when I got it, it was black with gold lace I will NEVER order from here again.
This past Christmas I bought the majority of my nieces a pair of shoes, and they LOVED THEM. In two cases they needed a size larger 8 ( needed a 9 and 9 needed a 10).
Purchased a swimsuit and it was horrible quality and it was see through. Will never shop here again.

Did not ship the whole order and never returned the money for the rest. PayPal did not help either. Total scam.
Nice things. But my clothes fit like little girls clothes. Even when I order a size bigger my clothes still fit like smaller women clothes.
