Terrible customer service. No phone number to speak with a live human. Contact through email is frustrating and futile. Save time, money and frustration by ordering products through any company other than this one.
I ordered two items 7/11/2020 and as of today 7/20/2020 neither have shipped. My order status just says "Processing". Whatever that means. I've sent an email to their Customer Service but I honestly don't expect much after learning their overall rating is less than two stars.
Never ever ever again will i buy from these num nuts they are terrible in every aspect of the word, shipping takes an eternity and customer service is non existent. Biggest time wasters i have dealt with it's a real shame my son didn't get his xmas present in time even though its been over a month since my order.
Same as many others have posted, do yourself a favour and don't ignore these reviews like I did.
In a nutshell. Ordered and was supposed to receive items within a few days (ship in 24 hours). Two weeks later, no items and no contact. Contacted customer service, they offered to help but needed additional info. I gave them this info and received a prompt reply: We were glad we could help, please let us know if ever you require additional assistance.
I was baffled, and still don't know where my order is. And my card has been charged, so presumably someone should. Go for amazon, or any other service. Sure their interface is nice and they have many items listed on their site, but its a hoax and you should spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered 3 posters a month ago and I've still yet to receive them. I purchased 3 cheap ones so my loss isn't as bad as others but unless you're purposely trying to lose your money, you're better off shopping elsewhere for this kind of stuff.
2 months after: still haven't get 100% of my order.

Careful to canadians: they ship every poster in different boxes. That means you'll probably have to pay customs for every single one of them. It will be 2$ taxes + 13$ for Fedex fees = 15$ for every poster.
Just for the huge delay: don't buy there.
I ordered two posters from this site and I waited a very very long time. When I ordered them I had an estimated delivery time and my packages arrived one month to about 2 months after that. (And I'm not exaggerating)
They had good customer service (at least from my experience) I went on their site and talked to one of the employees in the online chat and was able to get another estimated delivery date. Those dates were accurate. Overall I love the quality of the posters but would not recommend if you need it asap. Expect to wait 1-3 months
Great poster selection - All Posters has a HUGE selection of posters. They ship promptly and are very reliable. Prices are decent, but I think their framing costs are a little high. I was able to get an art student at the local community college to frame my posters for much less.

I ended up going here after a long time and saw that quite a few things have change in the look and feel. This holiday season I am going to get gifts for the younger crowd from here. I have purchased here before and always got good service although often things used to be out of stock. But things look great now.
Ordered one poster. I received a confirmation email, shipping email, and product arrived safe and sound. Given the typical reviews, I'm surprised it went that well. However, the quality of the poster was trash. Pixelated poster that looks like some average Joe printed off from an iphone picture file on a copier at work. A thousand poster companies out there, I could have gone to any mall and gotten a better quality poster... or ebay... or amazon... or just type in the poster i want on google and pick a company at random. Odds are the quality will be better.
I was about to order a few posters for my son but the shipping cost almost $15.00 dollars. When I tried to order on my desktop, it gave my computer a pretty bad virus the caused a lot of pop-up tabs. Sure, the prices were ok, but the shipping was about half the price of 6 posters I ordered. Definitely use another website, or buy them at a mall.
They have a fantastic selection of posters and prints. The best deal is probably for someone like me who like to do their own framing and mounting. The mailing is a bit expensive to the US and a bit slow--but then everyone has gotten used to Amazon Prime with next day delivery.
I really like the search functions on the site that allow you to search by dimensions, for example 24"x 1*", or by subject, or by artist, and was able to use this to discover a vast range of images by Homer Winslow that I never knew, peruse pre-World War II Art Nouveau travel posters for the French Riviera, and look at a myriad of advertising posters for art exhibitions. Good stuff.
Never received all the products i ordered. They gave me other shipping dates and nothing ever came. They said they would reimburse me. Its been 2 months and have not received my product or my money back.
I ordered a canvas poster on a mount from Allposters recently. The poster looks good but is mounted only on a rigid frame, not on a board. It came with a hanging wire attached to the frame but the wire is quite stretchy and is fixed too high on the frame so that the picture hook is visible above the poster when it is hung. Once delivery costs of £21 are added, the overall cost of the poster seems quite expensive. However, the delivery was very prompt and well-telegraphed and the item was well packaged.
Ordered a large canvas print as a statement piece. It was thrown onto the stretcher bars crookedly with bits of another print showing on the sides. Just shoddy work, and it's so big it won't be easy or cheap to return it.
The product was very nice as described. I will not order from them again. It Took over 6 weeks to get my product. I contacted customer service twice with not much help at all. They just told me that they see the order but don't know when it will ship. Not worth the hassle even with a coupon.
Absolute bull sh*t do not order from this company! SCAM! Ordered a T-Shirt and poster that was meant to arrive in 5-10 days and it has been over a month and have received nothing. Terrible business with a good fake website. Their bad karma will catch up to them sooner than later
I ordered 12 posters back on 7/7/14. It is now 8/29/14. ZERO contact from this BS company. Received ONE poster back on 7/22. Can someone tell me what type of maggots we're dealing with here? And if this has been going on for so long, why isn't this site taken down?
It's taken over a month to get a poster. Large furniture ships faster. Every time I chat with their customer service I get "There's a delay at our warehouse, it will ship as soon as possible." No firm dates, no tracking information. Most recently they did me the kindness of changing to overnight shipping... but then could not provide an estimated shipping date. Kind of think this site is a scam.
Answer: They look good but are mounted on a very flimsy frames.
