Negative stars

Run away very fast. The delivery timeframes are rubbish. Says 4-8 business days but an email from their customer service says 20+ days - AFTER you have paid. I too have missed a gift timeframe. Not happy.

My first Order from Poster Revolution arrived on time and in good condition. However, the T-shirt graphic was very poor. The supposed red star on Che Guevara's cap looks more like bird droppings than a star. Don't know if it's unAmerican to print a Communist star or what. Next time will use a supplier closer to home in Canada with hopefully better graphics.

You start off very well... they eve let you create an account, add items to your cart, do the payment via VISA only for them to tell you they can't ship your items (that took me days to hand pick) because your card seems to be fraudulent! Now they have my money(used my credit card) and its unto me to follow up for a refund. WTF? Like this is just one of the worst online shopping things I've come across. Shame on you all posters.

Very sorry I did not read the other reviews before ordering, Prices are a ripoff, because they are in USD even though they say you are on the Canadian site. Then ridiculous shipping fees, but I thought ok, just this once. Then I had to pay duties at the border, and only 1 of the items I ordered arrived, 2 weeks late. When I called I found that they planned to charge me shipping again! They have already charged me for the entire order, even though they have no idea when I might receive my second item. Total ripoff. Don't waste your money

Super fast shipping, (took about three days). I also ordered it in April, rather than i November/December where it may be a little more busy. The poster i received was vibrant and colorful, definitely a lot nicer than what i had seen on the website. Would recommend people to shop from this site.

Poor service

My posters never got delivered. My account does not even show my order history. They billed me though per my bank statement. They drop chat obn you when asking about why no delivery. If they can't have your order history and order number n your account they make it difficult to check progress. It's like they are going out of their way to $#*! up. Shaky business with non-existent back office logistics..

Very poor quality
November 6, 2021

For 130 USD quite disappointing. Poor quality canvas had two knots in it that didn't take the color and looks like 2 giant pieces of white lint on the print. The edges are cut not folded and the canvas is loose and had a large divet in it as if it was left against the edge of a work bench.

My order placed 12/10/2015 was supposed to be delivered by 26/10/2015, there is still no tracking info, the number on the site does not exist, and I have now sent 3 emails asking someone to contact me urgently. NO ONE has even responded. Still have no answer as to when my order will be sent.

Why should it take 10 DAYS just to have (1) lousy t-shirt shipped? I mean 10 days before it even leaves their store/warehouse? I ordered on Dec 2, order was shipped OUT on Dec 12. I'm supposed to have it by the 19th via FedEx. My daughters b-day is the 19th. Thanks for adding to more chaos that day! NEVER again! I would suggest to Amazon they review these reviews and no longer sell through Amazon. Oh, yeah - Merry Christmas.

This company has tried to charge me 3 times for an order that I received over 12 months ago. They won't answer any emails they just keep trying to charge my credit card for an old order. Don't trust them.

I love this site for art prints of any kind or size. They will even frame it, if you need. It's so easy to find a print because you can use the filters to shop by subject, color, shape, size, etc. I always find the exact print that I am looking for. Just love how easy it is to shop there.

Basically what every person already said in these reviews. AVOID this site. I've never ordered from these guys yet they appear at the top of your google searches as the best business to buy posters. Payed for goods, they never got delivered. Currently waiting on 2nd attempt, but cut off date already gone. Probably will never be delivered. So yeah they steal your money on the spot. These guys should be reported to the feds

I made an order of 49.50 and the following day they had charged 49.50 from my account over 10 times until my account was zero, then the following day charged it repeatedly until my account was -$2500. They claim a glitch in the system and also claim they are refunding my money but I would highly suggest not ever allowing yourself to be a part of this glitch. A customer service representative stated this happened to everyone who made a recent order. Even if it was an accident, the glitch took over $3000 from my bank account and it is still not refunded. Thank god I have savings!

Awesome transaction!

I'm wondering if there are 2 different Allposter sites! I found the exact size print I was looking for a poster I have been wanting at a discount price for being a new customer. The shipping was reasonable and received it in under a week. The printing & paper are great. I got on to leave a review and so surprised to see so many horrible reviews. But for me, I'll order again from Allposters.

Overall the service was excellent. The product arrived in excellent condition with more than enough packaging for protection. Further, the poster was delivered three days before the expected date of arrival. I loved the poster and look forward to buying from AllPosters again.

We were disappointed that the print we bought began to ripple inside its frame. This happened after having it for 5 months. They would not give us a refund because it was after 90 days. I certainly expected this print to last longer than 5 months.

I am giving this website 1 star because I had to give a rating, otherwise it would be negative 1 star. It has been over a month since I've placed my first order, which was for two posters. The shipping info said it was sent in multiple boxes, so at first I didn't really think anything of it when I only received my first poster. However, two weeks later I still hadn't received the second one. I called customer service and they reordered the second poster and said to expect it within three business days... here I am two weeks later with no second poster. And of course the phone number on this website does not work. Way to $#*!ing suck. Never ordering from this $#*! site again.

I ordered several t-shirts for my son for Christmas and they were shipped and due to arrive on 11 December at the latest. It's the 18th and there's no sign of them. My emails haven't been answered by their customer service and the number is disconnected. I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought! My son still believes in Santa and won't be getting the t-shirts he put on his list. VERY disappointing.

Worst shipping ever

I ordered 3 posters and was charged $24 shipping (which I thought was a little steep for paper!) and it said 3-5 days shipping. After 9 days I sent an email in which they replied it can take up to 20 BUISNESS days to arrive! ( which is nearly a month with weekends) and said contact us if it hasn't come by then contact us again. I have ordered a number of products from overseas and it has never taken more than 7 days with standard shipping.
For $24 for the size and weight I would expect express postage! VERT poor service.
Its been 19 days and still haven't arrived.

Never had an issue

I've been ordering from allposters for years. Pretty much all of the art in my home is from the site. I find it an affordable option to frame posters of artists I normally couldn't afford. I've never had an issue with products, quality, or customer service. I've probably been a customer for 10 years and made at least 20 purchases over the years for myself and friends. I've used their custom framing option too and was very pleased.
