My first order on AliExpress. Eagerly waited for about 12 days and the item showed being delivered by an unknown and a previously unheard of delivery company, except no package could be found anywhere (mailbox, front door, or anywhere around the house). Opened a case with AliExpress, and they promptly closed the case 3 days later saying no valid evidence, with no refund. How can I prove to them or provide evidence for a package I never received in the first place? AliExpress just robbed me (took my money and I got nothing in return, except the terrible experience). Their customer service is horrible and completely unhelpful. Learn from my experience and stay clear of this merchant. Worst first time experience ever!
I bought a product that didn't work at all, so I returned it right away. The seller accepted the return and even issued a refund, but AliExpress is still holding my money. It's been a month and a half, and I haven't received the refund. Every time I contact customer service, they just tell me that "the case has been handed over to the best AliExpress team," but nothing ever happens. They've been giving me the same excuse for weeks and basically just lying to me. This is unacceptable. The seller did their part, but AliExpress is the one keeping my money. Very frustrating experience — I don't trust this platform anymore.

Aliexpress had a very poor way to communicate with their customers. Their platform limits the communication in many ways. Most of the time you are talking to a robot. When you do reach a customer support, they can only collect information of you and help build a case. Further customer support team(s) is lazy, and poor in responding.
I had been communicating over several back and forth, many of their reply only look at one single things (of which is something that I had informed them); they didn't reply to other's questions in the case.
It will just kept you go round and round; seemingly in hope you will give up.

I placed two orders (Order #************** and #**************) and was guaranteed by AliExpress that they would not be canceled. I specifically told them I did not want a refund—I just wanted the items I paid for. Despite that, they canceled both orders without asking me and refunded the money, completely ignoring everything I said. When I contacted support, I was given the same copy-paste message repeatedly, with no real help or explanation. Total waste of time and energy. Absolutely zero accountability. AliExpress allowed a seller to take my money and then cancel my order, claiming a pricing mistake — and they've done absolutely nothing about it for over a month. I ordered and paid for a mattress. The seller refused to ship it and told me to reorder at a higher price. I contacted AliExpress support many times through chat and social media. They keep giving me the same answer: "wait for an email" — but no email ever arrives. Now the seller has even blocked me from viewing their store. AliExpress support refuses to take action, refuses to apply a coupon, and refuses to escalate the case. This is not how a global platform should treat its customers. I purchased a Dreame vacuum cleaner from AliExpress, which stopped working after a short period. It was clear from the beginning that the product was defective, and the videos I provided clearly demonstrate that it doesn't work.
Instead of addressing the issue, AliExpress repeatedly sent generic emails, including a demand for a lab inspection report. This report is costly (over $100), and it's unreasonable to expect customers to pay for such expenses when the product is clearly faulty.
It feels like they are avoiding responsibility for selling defective or possibly counterfeit products. I expected better customer support from a platform as large as AliExpress.
I cannot recommend purchasing expensive products from them, as they fail to provide proper solutions when issues arise.

1st and last order. Ordered sofa that said it delivered in 2-5 business days, paid and then a week and a half later, they say not going to happen we'll refund you in 3 to 20 business days. If you really wanted it, try ordering again. Not sure if they really suck this bad or this is some kind of scam too. Wow, they suck

After ordering over $250 of products 1 item failed to show up but don't try and get a refund, how can you prove you did not receive an item there was no pic showing delivery and still they will not refund so no more for me that's it so be careful what you order

I went to the police department for internet fraud and reported to Visa. No effect so far. "AE_customerservice" always respond ed here, that they are sorry and will solve the problem up to customers satisfaction. That is blunt BS. Absolutely nothing happens afterwards. I even filed that police report and reported to Visa. All "AE_customerservice" does is, answer nicely and that they will take care of it…well talk is cheap.

On November 23rd I had placed an Order at AliExpress, Order ID: 1109280019090047 and the product that I received has clearly not been in accordance with the ordered product. I received a 2 Ct. Stone, but had ordered and paid a 3 Ct. Stone. I claimed this from the very beginning. But as there is no Institute around every corner, I just had the opportunity to get my claim officially certified about two weeks later. Pus I paid the analysis and new certificate from my own pocket. Finally, even when I proved that the product was not as described, my claim was turned down and my appeal declined. So clearly no help from the so called "AE_customerservice", they rather do not protect the customers and instead do cover up and protect the fraudulent seller. Be aware: there is no help for you at AliExpress! The fraudulent sellers name is: "moissanite store". So, beware of those crooks and never ever buy there!
Now they respond: "... we have processed your refund on Jan. 26th 2025. " That is a joke. I spend 300 on a certificate and 1671 on the product that I did not want or ordered. Now I have to agree to 468 or get nothing. This is violation of internet shopping. This is just a mafia. Be aware and do not order. Just pay a bit more at eBay or Lazada and be safe. I ´m f...d now. Don´t let this happen to You.
Ordered 10 dragonflies with genuine stones - when opened the package the stones were already broken - the items looked very different and cheap compared to the picture. Logged a return request and have been asked to pay for the shipping back to China. This is not what their terms and conditions state for defective items - escalated the. Issue to tow agents and upper management. My case was closed without management contacting me. Appealed and escalated again - Ali express customer service asked or a video within 48 hours, which I sent. Received an email stating that my claim does not meet the refund criteria without any explanation. Extremely disappointed from their customer support. Will no longer do business with them

I paid for my order and they claimed it was delivered—what a joke. It was supposed to be a 40 lb package, and instead, they delivered a 1.1 lb box to the wrong address! I didn't even receive that wrong package! And guess what? No refund. No help. Nothing. Just a bunch of scammers and thieves running a website. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Absolute frauds.

Overleg met de verkoper leverde niets op.
Contact met Aliexpress klantenservice wordt bewust zo goed als onmogelijk gemaakt. Enkel mogelijk via een heel gebruiksonvriendelijke chat met een robot. Deze chat is goed weggestopt. Na verschillende pogingen toch een mens tegenover mij gekregen. Men zou mijn klacht bekijken en me op de hoogte houden. Toen werd het weer stil (al twee keer). Vandaag werd ik weer behandeld door een robot die me laat weten dat ik over enkele dagen bericht zal krijgen.
Dit lijkt me een bewuste strategie om mensen aan het lijntje te houden. Nu al twee maand.
