First-time customer. I like the ease of your ordering website. Thanks.

I have a number of old and obsolete entries for mailing address, shipping address etc. I would like to delete them to remove clutter but see no obvious way to do that as I check out. Best of all I'd like to pay with Paypal so as to avoid having to leave my credit card and address on file with you. But I saw no obvious way to do that either. If it's possible to do these things, then make that blinding obvious to dumb users like me right at the start of the check-out process. E.g. Offer the choice right up front: Pay with credit card OR pay with Paypal. Or offer the option to delete addresses in my address book.

Shipping is a little confusing and not well explained. I spent more time shopping than I probably needed to because of it.

Found what I wanted at a great price and ordering was a breeze

I didn't find your website as easy to navigate as some others. Don't think the first time I tried you showed shipping charge before the ordering page. Somehow kept giving me more copies of the book than I wanted. Anyway, I order usually from another site that I don't have these problems with (shows shipping charge right under price). Yours took longer, and was annoying, and no live customer service.

Easy to find books with search, love that it displays least to most cost.

Yes, you failed in the final invoice summary to mention that the order is a hard copy edition. Could not contact seller because that is an automatic failure on your part as well. Disappointing!

Such a large selection as well as the used books option is awesome and sustainable but the shipping cost can be quite high making it more expensive than it would be if I were to by it new

Books listed "starting at $2.72": I couldn't find. I searched many copies and it was not at that price. Maybe the listing needed to be updated.
However, You are my go to source when I'm looking for a book in great condition and a fair price.

Book added to my cart disappeared when I logged in. I couldn't wait for it to age out, so I had to choose another one. Obscure book, not a book in high demand, so I know I was not beat out. Cookies/token need to work better.
