My web browser automatically entered the wrong zip code in my billing address and no matter how many times I submitted updated billing information with the correct zip code your website did not update the zip code. It kept submitting the wrong zip code and getting my payment rejected. I had to click around all over the place to finally get to a screen that let me submit "new" billing information just to get my correct zip code on the label.
I filled out the stupid "submit billing address" form during checkout like 5 or 6 times and it NEVER updated the zip code! Why? Why is there even a zip code field if your system isn't going to read it and update the billing information to reflect that?
Definitely the best online book seller I've used so far. I love how easy it is to see all the information about a book at once, including which version of the cover it has.
Way better than thrift books.com, hope the shipping is quick!

I went to movies then to Popeye with robin williams then clicked on the one that said "fine like new" paide and then find it is some sort of Popeye game! If it is listed under movies it should be a MOVIE NOT SOMETHING ELSE!

Would be helpful to show est. Shipping costs when choosing items (ie, the same item from different sellers). Shipping ran the gamut from 3.99 to 13 - crazy.
Added another qualifying book to my order to get free shipping. After adding the book the site still wanted to charge me over $70CAD in shipping for qualified books. Ended up removing the book and just paying the shipping costs. Disappointing as a first time customer.
Get all my book here and send books to friends. Love it!
